  • Patent number: 10518316
Abstract: A process of compressing a slug to have tapered ends, then reforming the slug to change the configuration to a shorter length with a larger diameter across the center of the slug. The slug is then reformed and a hole pressed there through, with the pressing of the partial hole reforming the configuration to have a near perfect radius with a hole through the slug, whereby a near prefect ball is made, and the ball has a hole there through.

  • Patent number: 9365008
Abstract: An actuating device comprising, in combination, a actuating body. There is an internal guide configured to be slidably received within the actuating body. The internal guide has a centrally located central push rod hole. There is a central push rod assembly located within the central push rod hole of the internal guide. There is a beveled slide collar within the interior surface of the actuating body, and the beveled slide collar contains a beveled slide. The beveled slide as having four like-configured components. There is at least one push rod contained within the internal guide.

  • Patent number: 7028524
Abstract: A wall has a fixed support plate and a die face. A transfer housing and an air cylinder have a cylindrical rod horizontally secured to the support plate. The housing and air cylinder are laterally reciprocable upon the rod. Fingers have lower free ends for receiving a workpiece to be cold forged and delivering the workpiece to a die. The fingers have an upper follower. The follower is vertically reciprocable to move the fingers between an expanded orientation for releasing the workpiece and a contracted orientation for retaining the workpiece.

  • Patent number: 7007537
Abstract: A work piece has an interior cylindrical component. The interior cylindrical component is composed of a beam. The beam is adapted to apply pressure to remove the work piece. An intermediate cylindrical component has four radial spaced cylindrical control arms, an interior flange and an exterior pair of semi-conical molding adapted to receive a work piece. An exterior cylinder housing is adapted to house the interior component and the intermediate component. The exterior cylinder housing has a plurality of bores and a conical recess. The conical recess is adapted to receive the molding arms of the intermediate cylindrical component.
