Abstract: A network monitoring and configuration device may be configured in a network to receive condition data from devices across the network in order to perform network-wide reconfiguration to improve the service provided by the network. By analyzing data received from across the network regarding device utilization, link utilization, and other conditions, the network monitoring and configuration device may determine whether and how to redirect traffic, adjust delivery requirements, and re-provision network resources to improve service or avoid future service degradation. The network monitoring and configuration device may also receive data from external sources, such as emergency services providers, and use such data to further determine whether and how to configure the network.
