Abstract: The present invention relates to a thin-film photovoltaic module with a silver sulfide coating, including a glass substrate. A back-contact layer, an absorber layer and a front electrode layer are sequentially stacked on the glass substrate. The top surface of the front electrode layer is coated with a metal grid matching the front electrode layer, the metal grid is made of silver-containing paste, and the surface of the metal grid is covered by a black silver sulfide coating. According to the present invention, by forming the black silver sulfide coating on the surface of the metal grid, the optical reflection of the metal grid is reduced, so that the reflectivity of the metal grid is decreased, and as a result, the brightness of photovoltaic circuits and modules with the metal grid is decreased, improving the appearance.
