  • Publication number: 20210044183
Abstract: A method for repairing solder joint leakages on a connection unit designed to feed cooling water into hollow metallic stator bars of a stator winding of an electrical machine, wherein the connecting device includes a metallic bar-receiving body with a passage opening in which the stator bars are inserted, aligned using metallic spacers and connected fluid-tightly to the bar-receiving body and to the spacers by substance bonding using a solder. The free ends of the stator bars terminate substantially flush with the free ends of the spacers and with an end face of the bar-receiving body. A cup-like metallic cover element surrounds and connects the free ends of the stator bars fluid-tightly to the bar-receiving body by substance bonding so as to form a cooling water chamber. A metallic cooling water line connection is provided on the cover element and connected fluid-tightly to the cooling water chamber.

  • Patent number: 9162317
Abstract: A method for producing a part from ductile iron, including the steps of designing the part in such a way that the part is composed of a plurality of part components, producing the part components from ductile iron, providing the part components in pairs, depositing buffer material onto the rim edge of the first part component and onto the rim edge of the second part component by means of deposition welding, laying the second part component with the rim section thereof on the rim section of the first part component so that the rim edges lie against each other with the buffer materials thereof, and welding the rim sections, wherein the buffer material is selected in such a way that a structure change in the ductile iron material of the part components is prevented when the rim sections are welded.

  • Publication number: 20090207243
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for examining workpieces (6), in particular, circuit cards, comprising an examination tool, which is clamped to the measuring head (2), which can be displaced in relation to the workpiece (6) on a workpiece plane, and also comprising an optical observation device which is used to control the measuring head (2). The optical observation device is embodied as a camera (5), which is mounted on the measuring head (2) and which comprises an optical axis (5a), such that a simple, rapid and reliable measurement can be carried out. Said axis is essentially perpendicular to the workpiece plane (6a), and a calibration device is provided in order to determine the mechanical offset (d) which is the distance of the tool (3) from the optical axis (5a) of the camera (5). The invention also relates to a method which can be carried out using the above-mentioned device.
