Patent number: 11812877Abstract: There is disclosed a hanging device for being secured to a brick. The device has an elongated member extending between a first end and a second end. The elongated member has a resiliently deformable section. The elongated member and the resiliently deformable section form a monolithic structure. A retaining structure is disposed on the elongated member between the first and second ends. Gripping members are each located at a respective one of the first and second ends of the elongated member and extend from the elongated member. The gripping members define abutting surfaces configured for contacting opposed sides of the brick. The abutting surfaces face each other and define a brick receiving space therebetween. A height of the brick receiving space is variable upon deformation of the resiliently deformable section. A method of supporting an object is also disclosed.Type: GrantFiled: April 4, 2019Date of Patent: November 14, 2023Assignee: UNDER THE ROOF DECORATING INC.Inventors: Kelly R. Krake, Liette Tousignant, Michael Kurtz, Ian Matthew Campana

Patent number: 10945540Abstract: A bracket for hanging a picture frame on a supporting structure. The bracket is a one-piece member formed of plastic having a pair of legs projecting perpendicularly from a bottom surface of a base and extending at right angles with respect to each other. The legs are spaced from a peripheral edge of the base forming a V-shaped planar portion between the edge and legs. A reinforcing member extends between the pair of legs and an attachment pin mounted in the reinforcing member extends outwardly beyond a top surface of the base. A pair of attachment pins is pressed into the supporting structure to suspend the frame therefrom after two of the brackets are secured in upper right hand corners of the frame.Type: GrantFiled: February 24, 2020Date of Patent: March 16, 2021Assignee: UNDER THE ROOF DECORATING INC.Inventors: Kelly Krake, Liette Tousignant, Michael Kurtz

Patent number: 10477883Abstract: A gas injection assembly for injecting a gas into a liquid to form a solution includes a vessel that receives the liquid, a flow channel that conveys the liquid from the vessel through an upstream inlet to a downstream outlet that is configured to dispense the solution, and a sparger having a porous surface positioned in the flow channel such that the liquid flows across the porous surface and the porous surface injects the gas into the liquid as the liquid flows across the porous surface.Type: GrantFiled: August 25, 2016Date of Patent: November 19, 2019Assignee: Cornelius, Inc.Inventors: Nicholas M. Giardino, Tomasz K. Kasprzycki, Jacob Lukjanowicz, Jose Renteria, Michael Kurtz

Patent number: 10441095Abstract: A bracket is engageable with an object to position the object relative to a support structure. The bracket has a body having at least one peripheral wall defining a wall surface. The body has a flange extending outwardly from the wall surface of the at least one peripheral wall and has an outer surface and an opposed inner surface. The flange is insertable into a channel of the object to engage the bracket with the object. The flange has at least one resilient member extending away from at least one of the inner and outer surfaces of the flange. The at least one resilient member is resiliently displaceable toward said surface of the flange upon the flange being inserted into the channel to abut the at least one resilient member against a surface of the channel. The bracket also has a position element extending outwardly from the body.Type: GrantFiled: December 19, 2017Date of Patent: October 15, 2019Assignee: UNDER THE ROOF DECORATING INC.Inventors: Kelly R. Krake, Liette Tousignant, Michael Kurtz, Ian Matthew Campana

Publication number: 20190309898Abstract: A hanging device attachable to overlapping siding members to support an object. The hanging device includes a support portion having a body defining an outer surface and an inner surface. A retaining structure is on the outer surface of the body to support the object. A support protrusion extends outwardly from the inner surface of the body to abut against one of the siding members. An attachment portion has a first end attached to the body of the support portion and extends from the body to a second end. The second end has an engagement member being insertable between the siding members at a joint formed therebetween. The attachment portion has a curved segment along at least part of a length of the attachment portion defined between the first and second ends.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 3, 2019Publication date: October 10, 2019Inventors: Kelly KRAKE, Liette TOUSIGNANT, Michael Kurtz, Ian Matthew CAMPANA
