The slot extends between the first and second ends. The bottom side has a channel therein extending between the first and second ends. The front side has length measuring indicia thereon. The length measuring indicia extends between the first and second ends. Each of a pair of arms is movably positioned on the elongated member and each extends below the bottom side of the elongated member. Each of the arms are movably coupled to the slot and the channel. The arms each have measuring indicia thereon.
