Patent number: 11961598Abstract: A method for predicting errors in prescription claim data is performed by a claim analysis device. The method includes extracting historical claim features from successfully processed historical claims received from the data warehouse system. The method includes extracting pending claim features from a pending claim. The method includes applying a binarization process on the extracted historical claim features to obtain a binarized training feature set. The method includes applying the binarization process on the extracted pending claim features to obtain a binarized pending feature set. The method includes calculating an aggregate distance between the binarized pending feature set and the binarized training feature set. The method includes identifying the historical claim associated with the least aggregate distance as a predictive historical claim.Type: GrantFiled: June 26, 2020Date of Patent: April 16, 2024Assignee: Express Scripts Strategic Development, Inc.Inventors: Morgan J. Patent number: 10582748Abstract: The multiple key fob holder is a case which stores a plurality of key fobs. The multiple key fob holder comprises a base, a cover, a master fastener, and a cord loop. The base and the cover form an enclosed containment structure within which the plurality of key fobs are contained. The base and the cover attach such that the cover rotates relative to the base. The master fastener attaches the base to the cover such that the containment structure can be secured in a closed position and unsecured to form an open position. The cord loop is a loop structure positioned at a location selected from the group consisting of: 1) the interior of the containment structure when the multiple key fob holder is in a closed position; and, 2) the exterior of the containment structure when the multiple key fob holder is in an open position.Type: GrantFiled: March 20, 2018Date of Patent: March 10, 2020Inventor: Michael L. Patent number: 10053970Abstract: Three-phase separation is achieved downhole in a production well by forming an oil/liquid separation zone in the well between two packers which are positioned between producing and disposal zones. Gas is permitted to separate above the top packer. A pump is used to pump an oil/water mixture from above the top packer into the separation zone. Adequate residence time is permitted in the separation zone to achieve the separation. A check valve in the bottom packer is used to provide pressure to raise the oil to the wellhead. A control valve at the wellhead is used to control pressure in the separation zone and the relative sizes of the streams issuing therefrom.Type: GrantFiled: March 9, 2016Date of Patent: August 21, 2018Inventors: Michael C. Ramsey, Michael L. Finley

Patent number: 8539723Abstract: A hydraulic pump includes a hydraulic cylinder assembly comprising a cylinder sealed by an upper head and a lower head and carrying a piston which divides the hydraulic cylinder assembly into an upper chamber and a lower chamber. A load is connected to the piston and urges it toward the lower head. A conduit connects a reversible hydraulic pump assembly in fluid flow communication with a pressurized supply of hydraulic fluid and the lower chamber for counterbalancing the load. A control system is operably associated with the reversible hydraulic pump assembly to cause hydraulic fluid to flow back and forth between the lower chamber of the hydraulic cylinder assembly and the pressurized supply of hydraulic fluid. A system is also provided to counteract leakage in the pump by adding hydraulic fluid makeup on an as needed and controlled basis.Type: GrantFiled: October 22, 2012Date of Patent: September 24, 2013Assignee: Downhole Water Management, Inc.Inventors: Michael C.
