  • Publication number: 20200137977
Abstract: An animal enclosure with a wall assembly and a panel that is configured to couple to the wall assembly. The wall assembly includes a plurality of walls that are coupled together to define an interior space. The walls define an opening configured for fluid connection to a ventilation system. When the panel is coupled to the wall assembly, the panel divides the interior space into a vent space, which is in fluid communication with the opening, and a living space. A vent opening formed in the panel is configured to place the living space in fluid communication with the vent space. The panel may be removably coupled to the wall assembly. The panel may include a damper system for selectively opening and closing the vent opening.

  • Publication number: 20120304937
Abstract: An animal cage run including an elongated enclosure formed by a plurality of joined walls defining an interior and presenting a first opening for accessing the interior. A plurality of doors that are mounted over the first opening are moveable between closed and open positions alternately limiting and allowing access to the interior. A plurality of dividers are each operable to removably engage at least one wall for dividing the interior into two adjacent compartments. Each of the dividers is removable from engagement with the walls by moving the divider in a generally horizontal direction.

  • Publication number: 20110168104
Abstract: An animal cage including a plurality of joined walls defining an interior and presenting a first opening for accessing the interior. A door that is mounted over the first opening is moveable between closed and open positions alternately limiting and allowing access to the interior. A divider is operable from outside the cage to removably engage at least one of the walls for dividing the interior into first and second chambers. The divider presents an opening for passage between the chambers. A door panel is supported by the divider and is moveable relative to the divider between a closed position blocking the opening in the divider and an open position allowing passage between the first and second chambers. The cage may comprise a cage run consisting of one or more elongated enclosures that can be divided with the removable dividers into a plurality of cage compartments.

  • Patent number: 7805808
Abstract: A door assembly for pivotally securing a door to an animal enclosure or other enclosure. The door assembly comprises a pivot pin assembly integrally formed with the door and a hinge secured to the enclosure adjacent the opening. The pivot pin assembly preferably comprises a vertically oriented pivot pin integrally formed with upper and lower horizontal support members extending from upper and lower ends of the pivot pin across a portion of the door. The pivot pin is fitted within a hinge barrel formed within the hinge in a manner to permit the pivot pin to rotate within the barrel such that the door may be pivoted from an open to a closed position.
