    Abstract: A foot, ankle, and leg exercise device is designed to develop and/or rehabilitate those specific muscles of the foot, ankle and leg which are not properly developed during the act of running or jogging. The user attaches his/her feet to foot pads on the device. When the pads are lifted by the feet against an adjustable resistance from a combination spring and shock cord mechanism, the anterior muscles of the leg are exercised while the posterior, or prime mover muscles, remain inactive.
