The system includes a tubular enclosure housing an internal LED lighting assembly including LEDs mounted to a finned support structure which extends between two ends of the tube. At the end of the tube is at least one heat dissipating structure which is retained on the tubular enclosure by the threaded fastener. A heat dissipating structure in the form of a finned heat sink having an integrated, formed-in-place gasket abutting the end of the tubular enclosure.
