Abstract: A valve for the gastight interruption of a flow path is disclosed. A valve housing includes a first opening and a valve seat. A valve disk includes an inner disk portion, which is linearly movable relative to an outer disk portion so that, in a closed setting, a pressure differential acts substantially upon the movable inner disk portion, which is supported on the valve housing. The valve seat has a radially inward pointing first inner face and the outer disk portion has a radially outward pointing first outer face, wherein in the closed setting there exists a radial sealing contact with the first inner face. The outer disk portion has a radially inward pointing second inner face and the inner disk portion has a radially outward pointing second outer face, having a radially sealing contact with the second inner face.

Abstract: The invention relates to a valve for interrupting a flow path in a gas-tight manner. The valve has a valve housing, a valve plate, and a drive by means of which the valve plate can be shifted between an open position and a closed position. According to the invention, the valve has a seal support which, in a coupling position, can be coupled to and decoupled from a first seat of the valve plate on the latter and, in a parked position, can be coupled to and uncoupled from a second seat of a parking section in said section of the valve housing. A first seal is arranged on the seal support such that the first seal contacts a valve seat in a gas-tight manner in the coupling position and in the closed position, a gas-tight connection being formed between the first seal and a closing surface that lies on the valve plate. The seal support can be detachably coupled to the first seat of the valve plate in the coupling position by means of first coupling means.

Abstract: A rotary selector as display console for contact-free on and off switching as well as for switching of the automatic control of a number of different cycles of electronically operated domestic applicances, such as washing machines, dryers, dishwashers or comparable units. The rotary selector (1) has mutually communicating catch devices and a plate arranged at a distance thereto with a rotary field sensor acording to Hall technology, whereby spring-loaded ball lockings enable defined and switchable rotation of an operating element (2) with magnetic device in ranges up to 360°, and whereby angle-dependent variables for control of a wide range of cycles are generated in a known manner in the rotary field sensor.

Abstract: A work surface panel of a cabinet-type household appliance has a rearward surround at which it is attachment at the rear. The panel is intended to have a position which is defined transversely with respect to the attachment direction. The work surface panel is attached to the body of the household appliance by means of at least one holding pin. In this case, the holding pin has a slotted-link section that passes through an elongated hole in the surround and holds the surround at a defined level. To allow tolerance compensation, which is suitable for mass production, between the work surface panel and the housing, or a further part mounted on the top face of the housing, the surround is held exclusively by the holding pins, whose slotted-link sections have a substantially rectangular cross section, allowing the work surface panel to be adjusted in the lateral direction during installation.

Abstract: For fastening water level regulators on parts of washing machines, an adapter including a housing having first and second portions each for accommodating a water level regulator, a fastening device for fastening the adapter on parts of a washing machine, and two openings in the accommodating portions for accommodating a fastening device disposed on the respective water level regulator. The fastening device of the adapter is disposed in a central portion of the housing, the first accommodating portion is disposed in a first side portion, and the second accommodating portion is disposed in a second side portion, the central portion being bounded by the two side portions. The opening in the first accommodating portion is disposed substantially perpendicularly to the opening in the second accommodating portion.

Abstract: For fastening water level regulators on parts of washing machines, an adapter including a housing having first and second portions each for accommodating a water level regulator, a fastening device for fastening the adapter on parts of a washing machine, and two openings in the accommodating portions for accommodating a fastening device disposed on the respective water level regulator. The fastening device of the adapter is disposed in a central portion of the housing, the first accommodating portion is disposed in a first side portion, and the second accommodating portion is disposed in a second side portion, the central portion being bounded by the two side portions. The opening in the first accommodating portion is disposed substantially perpendicularly to the opening in the second accommodating portion.

The respective filled condition of the container is acquired with a sensor, wherein the temporal course of the gas pressure in the container or of the gas flow into the container is measured and on ascertaining a gas pressure fall or gas flow rise after points in time specific to the system the means may be deactivated.
