  • Patent number: 11952302
Abstract: A process for the production of a fluorinated quartz glass including the steps of generating SiO2 particles in a synthesis burner; depositing the resulting SiO2 particles into a body; and vitrifying the resulting body, wherein a fluorinating agent having a boiling point greater than or equal to ?10° C. is supplied to the synthesis burner.

  • Publication number: 20210221748
Abstract: A two-component composition including: a) a first component A, including: an aqueous dispersion of at least one polymer P1; b) a second component B, including: at least one hydraulic binder H, and at least one functional compound P2; wherein both components A and B are liquid or pasty and both are prepared and stored separately and mixed directly before application; and with the proviso that the functional compound P2 includes functional groups that chemically react with the aqueous dispersion of the first polymer P1 to form cross-linked and/or chain-extended polymers. The composition is highly suitable cementitious adhesive, joint sealant, casting composition, or coating and shows improved mechanical properties, adhesion properties, and resistance as well as minimized plasticizer migration problems.

  • Patent number: 7491663
Abstract: A display support, designed to be printed, includes a coated fabric comprising a textile layer and two impregnation layers located on opposite surfaces of the textile layer. A coat of varnish, designed to be printed, is deposited on one of the impregnation layers. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer capable of being repositioned, is deposited on the impregnation layer opposite the one receiving the coat of varnish. A protective layer arranged on the adhesive layer consists of a sheet with low adherence strength relative to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.

  • Publication number: 20070131191
Abstract: A connecting rod for interconnecting a crankshaft with a piston in an internal combustion engine includes a cap connected to a rod and defining a crankshaft bore therebetween. The crankshaft bore includes an axis of rotation. The cap includes a first end defining a first split line and a second end defining a second split line. The first split line and the second split line are offset relative to a plane extending through the axis of rotation.
