Abstract: An apparatus for positioning a sensor proximate to a fiberizer includes a support means for supporting a sensor, adjustment means for adjusting a position of the sensor, and attachment means for attaching the apparatus to a fiberizer. The adjustment means is coupled to the support means, and the attachment means is connected to the adjustment means.

Abstract: A quantity of glass or mineral fiber, or cellulose insulation is provided. At least one capsule containing a quantity of an additive is provided, such that a there is a predetermined ratio between the quantity of the additive and the quantity of the glass or mineral fiber, or cellulose insulation. The glass or mineral fiber, or cellulose insulation and the at least one capsule are enclosed in a common package.

Abstract: A liquid applicator has either a disposable or reusable container of liquid. The container is inter-fit in and held in place in an applicator on a carriage. The liquid is then permitted to flow from the container through the applicator for use on a surface. A removable handle may be snap fit onto the applicator. The applicator includes a sponge surface for contacting the surface. The sponge is attached to the carriage for the container. The carriage as a plurality of apertures formed therein to permit the liquid from the container to spread over and through the sponge. The opposite end of the applicator handle has a removable tool affixed thereto. The tool may be a wire brush, a scrapper or a squeegee.

Abstract: A material handling method (and corresponding apparatus) packages material (such as loose-fill thermal insulation product) into elongate bags, and automatically arranges the elongate bags into groups, wherein at least one group has a cross-stacked configuration. The bag groups are automatically lifted and transported, group by group, to form a multi-row stack of elongate bags whose bottom row is realized by a cross-stacked group. The multi-row stack is transported to a customer. The elongate bags preferably each have dimensions of about 38? by 21? by 8.5? and carry about 27 lbs. of product. Preferably, a modified clamp truck is used to lift and transport the bag groups. The clamp truck has two clamp members that translate relative to one another with one clamp member having a central support bar integral thereto and laterally disposed between said two clamp members.
