  • Publication number: 20210256452
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to computing platforms that utilize improved natural language processing techniques for performance evaluation and training. A computing platform may automatically determine, based on audio transcription files, a model for dynamic performance evaluation and training, which may be dynamically updated as additional audio transcription files are received. The computing platform may receive and analyze an additional audio transcription file using natural language processing and the model, which may result in proficiency scores. Based on the proficiency scores, the computing platform may calculate an overall proficiency score and identify areas for improvement associated with the first individual. Based on the areas for improvement, the computing platform may determine performance feedback tailored to the individual and may send, to a user device associated with the individual, the performance feedback.

  • Publication number: 20210144521
Abstract: One example method of operation may include receiving an initiated call from a calling entity at a server, the initiated call intended for a called entity, responsive to receiving the initiated call, initiating an application programming interface via the server to transmit first call content data to the calling entity and second call content data to the called entity, and responsive to receiving one or more confirmations that the first call content data and the second call content data were received, initiating a call service to establish a call session with the calling entity and the called entity.

  • Publication number: 20210144246
Abstract: One example method of operation may include one or more of identifying a calling device number of a calling device, matching the calling device number with one or more of a plurality of enhanced call content profiles, selecting, based on a call identifier, one of the enhanced call content profiles comprising enhanced call content intended for one or more call recipient device numbers, and forwarding the enhanced call content associated with the selected enhanced call content profile to one of the call recipient devices.

  • Publication number: 20210075907
Abstract: One example method of operation may include identifying a call from a calling device destined for a mobile device, responsive to identifying a calling device number assigned to the calling device, accessing a call content application programming interface (API), operated by a content delivery device, configured to deliver to the mobile device a first caller identification name (CNAM) or a second CNAM, assigned to the calling device number, determining a context assigned to a mobile device number assigned to the mobile device, selecting one of the first CNAM and the second CNAM based on the context, and assigning the selected CNAM to the call.

  • Publication number: 20210075908
Abstract: One example method of operation may include identifying a call from a calling device destined for a mobile device, identifying a calling device number associated with the calling device and a mobile device number associated with the mobile device, determining whether a stored calling relationship exists between the calling device number and the mobile device number, and appending one of a plurality of caller identification names (CNAM) to the call based on the determination as to whether there is a stored calling relationship.

  • Patent number: 10482536
Abstract: A computer-assisted method for providing re-quotations for insurance coverage may include receiving a list of insurance leads corresponding to individuals who received a previous quotation for insurance coverage but did not purchase the insurance coverage and identifying a difference between the previous quotation and a new quotation. This difference may include an increase in offered insurance coverage and/or a reduction in cost. A computing device may calculate a probability for each of the individuals on the list using a regression model based, at least in part, on the identified difference. In some cases, the regression model may be associated with individual states. In other cases, the regression model may correspond to a plurality of states. The regression model may output a probability that a resident of a particular state will purchase insurance in response to a re-quotation for insurance coverage, where individuals may then be ranked based on the probability.

  • Publication number: 20060041437
Abstract: Automotive servicing, such as that offered by a lubrication center, and windshield repair may be conducted in parallel. The use of low-profile, integral windshield repair resin applicator and UV shield and self-powered, low-profile UV light source facilitate windshield repair without interfering with the performing of the vehicle servicing. Use of a self-powered rotary tool allows removal of glass chips from damaged windshield areas. Use of a probe to apply pressure to the damaged area facilitates avoiding entering into the vehicle. Providing windshield repair technicians or other personnel with insurance company automated telephone system dialing sequences to reach the proper extension and with scripts for providing windshield repair claim information speeds the insurance claim authorization request process. Windshield repair may be commenced while insurance claim authorization is pending.
