  • Patent number: 11950626
Abstract: A filling method and process for a flower cartridge for use with a portable electronic heating device for the smokeless delivery of active ingredients and volatile compounds released from heating natural consumables such as plant matter is disclosed. Through grinding, vibration, and tamping, a number of cartridges are filled with natural consumables. Compressive forces applied via tamping, coupled with a constriction or obstruction within the cartridge, form a porous plug to which air flows freely but the consumables remain in place. The filling process minimizes oxidation and preserves the shelf life of the flower cartridge.

  • Publication number: 20230063191
Abstract: Methods of operating a heating oven for use with a heat-not-burn portable heating device for the delivery of vaporized natural consumables are disclosed. The oven operates according to one or more temperature profiles for the duration of a heating session. The oven heats a flower stick filled with natural consumables to vaporize volatile compounds for the inhalation and enjoyment of the user. The oven operates by both conduction and convection via knitted wire filters that have high surface area and thermal mass to enable rapid heat transfer and stabilization of temperatures.

  • Publication number: 20210244085
Abstract: A flower cartridge for use with a portable electronic heating device for the smokeless delivery of active ingredients and volatile compounds released from heating natural consumables such as plant matter is disclosed. The cartridge contains a quantity of natural consumables and a constriction or obstruction, which together form a porous plug to which air flows freely but the consumables remain in place. The contents of the cartridge are liberated via hot air and active ingredients are delivered to the user via heating and not burning. The cartridge is made of disposable and/or biodegradable materials to reduce ecological impact.

  • Patent number: 8088003
Abstract: A game having a base structure including an array of lights with associated music. A player must respond to the illumination and music issued by the game by pressing a series of sensors located on the game at specific beats according to the rhythm and illumination of the game. A sequential linear illumination of the light displays can progress from the center outward to the sensor or progress from the sensor inward to the center.

  • Patent number: 7927170
Abstract: A portable device comprises a motor for providing vibration, a power source for powering the motor, a switching device for controlling the direction of the motor, propelling means for engaging a surface and for propelling the device when the motor is vibrating, the propelling means extending downwardly at an angle to the vertical, and an input device connected to the switching device, the switching device arranged to switch the direction of the motor when the input device receives a predetermined signal. Advantageously, the propelling means comprise a set of bristles. By using angled bristles, this increases friction in the backwards direction and so causes the device to move forwards when vibrating. The bristles dig into surface when vibration tries to move the object backwards, and the bristles slide over surface when vibration tries to move object forwards.
