Abstract: A spare propellor dock configured with a base plate having a bottom planar surface and a center hole configured for mating to a support shaft. The base plate has at least two mounting holes disposed about the base plate allowing mounting of the dock to a planar surface. A support shaft sized to fit through a propellor's hub is coupled to the center hole of the base plate and a top portion with threads for mating to a nut. The shaft and/or base plate has at least one shear pin housing hole, wherein the dock provides both a support mechanism for a propellor and stores a shear pin.

Abstract: A pause point during consumption of media data is identified. The pause point is a point at which identify a user stops the consumption of the media data. A portion of content preceding the identified pause point is determined. The portion of content is analyzed to identify changes in content concepts in the portion of content. One or more continuation points for the user to return to the content based on changes in the content concepts in the portion of content are identified. The one or more continuation points are indicated to the user.

Abstract: A belt driven fan system that detects belt slippage includes a fan sheave with a fan sheave marker positioned thereon and a motor sheave with a motor sheave marker positioned thereon. The system also includes a fan sheave sensor, a motor sheave sensor and a drive belt operatively connected between the fan shaft sheave and the motor sheave. A controller is in communication with the fan sheave sensor and the motor sheave sensor.

The open-loop haptic structure includes a pair of open loops, the pair of open loops comprising a first open loop and a second open loop. At least a portion of the first open loop extends in a first angular direction. At least a portion of the second open loop extends in a second angular direction, the second angular direction being opposite the first angular direction.

Abstract: A method of using a device to access multiple payment accounts at a payment system via photos is disclosed. The method includes accessing a photo generated by a first device. The method includes determining first and second images of a first and second person in the photo, respectively. The method includes determining that the first image is associated with a first payment account at the payment system. The method includes, responsive to determining that the first image is associated with the first payment account, determining whether the second image is associated with a second payment account. The method includes, responsive to determining that the second image is associated with the second payment account, authorizing a payment application at the device to split a payment to a third payment account between the first and second payment accounts, or to initiate sending of the payment to the second payment account.

Abstract: An automatic toilet plunger for clearing a blockage in a toilet includes a pipe having a plunger head engaged to a bottom end thereof so that the plunger head is in fluidic communication with the pipe. A pair of arms is hingedly engaged to the pipe. The arms are selectively positionable in an extended configuration and a stowed configuration. In the extended configuration, the arms engage a seat of a toilet. The arms fold downwardly, toward the bottom end of the pipe, into the stowed configuration. A handle, which is engaged to a top end of the pipe and which extends bilaterally therefrom, is hollow and in fluidic communication with the pipe. An actuator is engaged to at least one of the handle and the pipe and positioned therein. The actuator is manipulated to cause the plunger head to clear a blockage in the toilet.

Abstract: A system and a method for hanging an article from a support surface. The article may be a cabinet, such as a medicine cabinet or the like, although the system described herein may be used for hanging any type of article from a support surface such as a wall. The system uses a surface mounting element that is coupled to the support surface and a cam lock that is slidably coupled to the article to hang the article from the support surface by coupling the surface mounting element to the cam lock. Because the cam lock is slidably coupled to the article, the article can move horizontally along the support surface without separating the article from the support surface.

Abstract: A frame assembly for supporting a flat article. In one aspect, the frame assembly may include a stack including a transparent window panel and a frame. The frame may include a floor structure for supporting the stack and an outer annular wall coupled to and surrounding the floor structure, the outer annular wall including a plurality of corners, an outer surface defining a periphery of the frame, an inner surface defining a display cavity, and a front edge that defines a display opening configured to allow the stack to pass therethrough into the display cavity. The inner surface of the outer annular wall may include a plurality of recessed regions, each of the recessed regions encompassing one of the corners of the outer annular wall.

Abstract: A flower cartridge for use with a portable electronic heating device for the smokeless delivery of active ingredients and volatile compounds released from heating natural consumables such as plant matter is disclosed. The cartridge contains a quantity of natural consumables and a constriction or obstruction, which together form a porous plug to which air flows freely but the consumables remain in place. The contents of the cartridge are liberated via hot air and active ingredients are delivered to the user via heating and not burning. The cartridge is made of disposable and/or biodegradable materials to reduce ecological impact.

Abstract: A sensor unit includes an orientation sensor, an electronic processor coupled to the orientation sensor, and memory coupled to the electronic processor and storing support structure configuration data and instructions. The instructions, when executed by the electronic processor, cause the sensor unit to monitor a position of a conductor support structure associated with the sensor unit based on data from the orientation sensor and generate an alert message responsive to determining that the position violates a position threshold. The position threshold is generated based on the support structure configuration data.

Abstract: Aspects described herein may relate to a transaction exchange platform using a streaming data platform (SDP) and microservices to process transactions according to review and approval workflows. The transaction exchange platform may receive transactions from origination sources, which may be added to the SDP as transaction objects. Microservices on the transaction exchange platform may interact with the transaction objects based on configured workflows associated with the transactions. Processing on the transaction exchange platform may facilitate clearing and settlement of transactions. Some aspects may provide for dynamic and flexible reconfiguration of workflows and/or microservices. Other aspects may provide for data snapshots and workflow tracking, allowing for monitoring, quality control, and auditability of transactions on the transaction exchange platform.

Abstract: In an embodiment, a method comprises: capturing, by one or more microphone arrays of a vehicle, sound signals in an environment; extracting frequency spectrum features from the sound signals; predicting, using an acoustic scene classifier and the frequency spectrum features, one or more siren signal classifications; converting the one or more siren signal classifications into one or more siren signal event detections; computing time delay of arrival estimates for the one or more detected siren signals; estimating one or more bearing angles to one or more sources of the one or more detected siren signals using the time delay of arrival estimates and a known geometry of the microphone array; and tracking, using a Bayesian filter, the one or more bearing angles. If a siren is detected, actions are performed by the vehicle depending on the location of the emergency vehicle and whether the emergency vehicle is active or inactive.

Abstract: To replicate a source LUN to a different storage system platform, a first storage system transmits a request to replicate a LUN along with attributes for the LUN to a second storage system. The second storage system maps the attributes to attributes used and understood by the platform of the second storage system. The second storage system then creates a destination LUN based on the mapped attributes. Since the destination LUN is created with similar attributes as the source LUN, the destination LUN can store the replicated data of the source LUN while still being accessed and recognized as a LUN by the second storage system. The second storage system also stores any proprietary attributes received from the first storage system so that the proprietary attributes can be supplied to the first storage system to recover the source LUN after a data loss event.
