Abstract: According to an aspect of this disclosure, a remote vibrator system includes a vibrator mounted to a container and a controller comprising a communication module. The remote vibrator system is configured such that the vibrator and the controller are operatively connected to a power source. The remote vibrator system also includes at least one remote control unit for controlling operation of the vibrator via wireless communication with the controller.

Abstract: A device updating system may store data from an application to be updated, especially personalization data that is to be persisted beyond the version update. After the data is stored, the application may be deleted and a migration application is installed. The migration application may use a matrix or the like characterizing differences between prior editions of the application and the one being installed. The migration application may determine the previous edition and updates the personalization data according to the matrix. After the data is updated, the migration application may be deleted and the new application installed. The new application may retrieve the updated data and may be ready to operate without concern about what the previous edition may have been. Memory space may be conserved by not requiring the new application to carry the version matrix and all possible changes between the current edition and all possible previous editions.

A plurality of resiliently flexible vertical support members attach the load table to the base. A pneumatic linear vibrator is attached to the load table and is adapted to the vibrate the load table along a line of stroke that is generally linear and generally horizontal. One or more vacuum cups are attached to the top of the load table to releasably secure the container to the load table for vibration. The vibrator can independently vary the amplitude and the frequency of the vibration of the container to maximize settling of wllthe contents of the container.
