Abstract: A lid for a drink cup has a cover, and a slider, the slider engaged in sliding motion on the top of a disc of the cover. The disc has an aperture spaced apart from a flap. The slider is able to move to a position covering the aperture so as to prevent liquid from exiting the drink cup and, the slider is also able to move to a position to uncover the aperture to allow liquid to exit the drink cup.
