  • Publication number: 20140174557
Abstract: A method and apparatus for insulating a fluid line in a container configured to contain a fluid. The apparatus comprises a container, a fluid line in the container, and a tube. The container is configured to contain a fluid. The tube is placed around the fluid line in the container to form a channel around a first portion of the fluid line. The tube is configured to contain the fluid from the container in the channel and to prevent a first flow of the fluid between the container and the channel except through a number of ends of the tube. The tube is further configured to reduce a second flow of the fluid within the channel such that the fluid in the channel insulates the fluid line.

  • Publication number: 20140173443
Abstract: A fitness computer system and method are provided herein. The method includes wirelessly pairing a first computing device having a first processor and a first display with a second computing device having a second processor and a second display. A page definition file is parsed to determine static display data for a current display page index. The static display data is displayed and the current display page index is transmitted to the first computing device using an application programming interface (API). Dynamic display data associated with the current display page index is transmitted from the first computing device using the API and the dynamic display data for the current display page index is displayed.

  • Publication number: 20130081734
Abstract: A method and apparatus for electrostatically bonding coaxial tubing. An outer tube comprises an electrically conductive material and has an inner surface. An inner tube comprises material and has an outer surface. The inner tube and the outer tube are positioned to define a channel. A bridging structure comprising an electrically conductive material is positioned such that the bridging structure forms mechanical contact and an electrostatic connection between electrically conductive material on the tubes. The bridging structure is in mechanical contact with the inner surface of the outer tube at a first plurality of points and in mechanical contact with the outer surface of the inner tube at a second plurality of points.

  • Publication number: 20120317917
Abstract: A structural support system with a means for capturing and channeling elements originating from an exterior surface is disclosed. More specifically, the support system not only creates a dry area under a deck but is also a load bearing component of the deck. The support system is multifunctional in that it alleviates the need for traditional joist-dependent construction methods while simultaneously providing an efficient and aesthetically pleasing structure for maintaining a useful, dry area under the deck. Advantageously, embodiments are scalable in that the system comprises a repeatable series of interlocking components operable to be customized to any foreseeable deck footprint or load bearing application.
