  • Patent number: 11930940
Abstract: Provided is a canopy cover for a roller grill assembly that works in conjunction with a roller grill food separating device. The canopy includes a pair of support brackets that contact the sidewalls of the roller grill to support the canopy thereon. The canopy support brackets include cutouts for positioning a food separating device on the grill assembly. The configuration of the cutouts allows the food separating device support brackets to rest between the ends of the canopy support brackets and on the roller grill. The canopy further includes a pair of canopy header brackets for supporting a header graphic custom sign positioned above the roller grill. The canopy provides a sanitary cover for a roller grill and a food separating device that permits segregation of food products on the grill surface, protects the food from contaminants, and provides support for an advertising sign.

  • Patent number: 11700958
Abstract: Provided is a sneeze guard attachment for creating an air curtain between display food covered by a sneeze guard and a person. The device includes a panel, a frame affixed to the panel that creates a chamber between the panel and the sneeze guard, and a means for forcing air into the chamber. The chamber includes an open end, which allows the air to be forced out of the chamber in order to create an air curtain. The air curtain separates the display food contained in a food bar/food prep area from the consumer. The device can be retrofitted on any preexisting food shield or sneeze guard, and can be utilized with various types of display food, including food items found in buffets, salad bars, hot food bars, roller grills, made-to-order food operations, catering stands, roller grills, sandwich preparation areas, and the like.

  • Patent number: 11393365
Abstract: Provided is an advertisement display system for a roller grill assembly and a food separating device. The display system includes a first advertisement display that covers the roller grill assembly control panel. The display utilizes an advertising panel and a pair of J-shaped clips extending from the top of the panel, such that the clips attach to the food separating device crossover bars to hold the advertising panel in position. The system also includes a second advertisement display comprising a removable advertising panel, an advertising panel support bracket, and a pair of bracket clips. The bracket clips attach to the food separating device separator bars to support the second advertisement display above the food separating device. The advertisement display system provides a convenient solution for providing information to consumers related to the items contained on the roller grill while preventing the controls from being inadvertently accessed.

  • Publication number: 20220047036
Abstract: Provided is a hat that creates an air curtain between a wearer and the external environment to prevent contact with contaminants, pathogens, insects, and the like. The device includes a hat with a fan, an air intake, a power switch, a power source, an interior channel, and release points. Air is directed into the hat through the air intake, which then travels through the interior channel towards the release points. The air is compressed and expelled through release points, which are angled downward and away from the wearer. The flow of air creates an air curtain separating the wearer from the external environment.

  • Publication number: 20220010994
Abstract: Provided is a cashier station attachment for creating a vertical air curtain between a retailer and a customer. The device includes a substantially planar body with an internal chamber and an open side with a diffuser, an attachment means for attaching the device to a cashier station, and a means for forcing air into the internal chamber and out of the diffuser. The forced air from the chamber creates an air curtain, which is an invisible barrier between a retailer and a customer. The air curtain prevents the spread of contaminants, pathogens, and the like that are expelled from the mouth or nose of a person on one side of the air curtain from contacting a person on the other side. The device can be retrofitted onto any preexisting cashier station and can be readily removed as desired.

  • Publication number: 20190307290
Abstract: Provided is a food separating device for use with a roller grill. The separating device includes a pair of support brackets, a pair of crossover bars, and a plurality of separator bars having a tooth-shaped configuration that extend down and in between the rollers to follow the contour thereof. The support brackets also include vertical members with curved slots for enabling the crossover bars to adjust their height such that the separator bars match the contour of the roller griller rollers with substantially no gap therebetween. The configuration of the separator bars and the curved slots create a divider to separate food located on the roller grill surface, and to prevent food, particularly corn dogs from becoming lodged between or below the rollers. A method of use is also provided.
