  • Patent number: 11070100
Abstract: A stator for an electric machine includes a stator carrier having a plurality of grooves with a respective groove base, and a motor winding having at least one first strand. A predetermined number of first grooves of the plurality of grooves is associated with the first strand. At least one coil section of the first strand is introduced into each of the first grooves. The first strand has a plurality of individual wires connected electrically in parallel, with each wire formed as a round wire. At least some of the individual wires in each of the coil sections are arranged above one another in a radial direction of the stator. The coil sections are each arranged in the first grooves in such a way that an average radial distance of the individual wires to the groove base is equal for all individual wires.

  • Patent number: 11043783
Abstract: The invention relates to an optical arrangement having a division element which divides an input beam consisting of a sequence of temporally equidistant light pulses into two spatially separate partial beams, at least one optical element through which at least one of the partial beams propagates, and at least one combination element which spatially superimposes the partial beams in an output beam. It is the object of the present invention to show a method for increasing the pulse energy of light pulses which is improved in comparison with the prior art. The invention solves this problem by virtue of the fact that the combination element superimposes a number of the temporally successive light pulses in a single light pulse in the output beam. The invention also relates to a method for increasing the pulse energy of light pulses.

  • Publication number: 20210057189
Abstract: A power supply system controls the source impedance of a generator in real time utilizing two amplifiers having asymmetrical power profiles in reference to a nominal load impedance that are diametrically opposite in reference to the nominal load impedance. Variations in power profiles may be achieved by using different topologies for each of the amplifiers or implementing a phase delay network. The output power from the first and second amplifiers may be combined using a combiner circuit or device and the output power from the combiner is transmitted to a plasma load. The output power of each amplifier may be independently controlled to alter one or more characteristics of the output power signal provided by the individual amplifiers. By changing the ratio of the output power of the first amplifier to the output power of the second amplified, the source impedance of the generators may be varied in real time.

  • Publication number: 20200356871
Abstract: A computer-implemented method can receive a new plan deviation alert having a deviation level that quantifies a mismatch between expected supply chain parameters specified by a supply chain plan and observed supply chain parameters. Responsive to the new plan deviation alert, the method can perform a rule-based search to find a plurality of potential remediation solutions to correct the mismatch. The method can simulate implementation of the potential remediation solutions and evaluate expended resources associated with them. Based on the evaluated expended resources, the method can generate a ranked list of candidate remediation solutions and display the ranked list of candidate remediation solutions in a user interface. The method can receive a selected remediation solution from the ranked list of candidate remediation solutions for initiation. Machine learning can be used on an expert user's selection to adapt to the expert's preferences and provide more relevant remediation solutions.
