  • Publication number: 20250114815
Abstract: An agricultural machine includes a chassis, a product tank, a support boom, and an applicator assembly including a frame and a nozzle. The frame has a first portion and a second portion. A coupler assembly is coupled between the support boom and the applicator assembly. The coupler assembly includes a first coupler portion having a female component and a collar, and a second coupler portion having an anti-rotational mechanism and a male component. The first coupler portion is coupled to the support boom and is in communication with the product tank. During assembly, the male component is inserted into the female component and the collar engages with the male component to mechanically couple the applicator assembly to the support boom and fluidly couple the nozzle to the product tank. The anti-rotational mechanism is coupled to the support boom to reduce rotational movement of the applicator assembly.

  • Publication number: 20250083978
Abstract: Per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are destroyed by oxidation in supercritical conditions. PFAS in water can be concentrated and prepared for destruction in a pretreatment phase. Following annihilation of the PFAS in supercritical conditions to levels below 5 parts per trillion (ppt), the water effluent can be used to recover heat, returned to sub-critical conditions, and then released back into the environment.

  • Publication number: 20240417042
Abstract: A boat includes at least one camera and a display screen communicatively coupled to the camera to selectively display images from the camera. The camera may be positioned on the boat to have a field of view of an environment external to a hull of the boat, such as a forward-facing camera positioned to have a field of view of an environment forward of the bow of the boat or an aft-facing camera positioned to have a field of view of an environment aft of the stern of the boat. In response to the selection of a user-selectable element configuring the boat for an activity, such as a water sport, or in response to an operation of a control, such as a reverse control, the display screen displays images from the camera, such as a live video feed from the camera.

  • Patent number: 11980130
Abstract: Methods and systems for operating a detasseler machine to optimize detasseling efficiency. Front-facing image data is captured by a camera positioned with a field of view in front of the detasseler machine as the detasseler machine operates in a crop field. A new set of machine operating parameters for the detasseler machine is periodically determined based on the a set of crop parameters indicated by the front-facing image data and control signals are transmitted to one or more actuators to operate the detasseler machine according to the determined set of machine operating parameters. In some implementations, rear-facing image data used to quantify missed tassels left by the detasseler machine and the machine operating parameters are further adjusted to reduce the missed tassel metric. The mechanism for determining the set of machine operating parameters is then retrained based on the adjusted machine operating parameters.

  • Patent number: 11930726
Abstract: Systems and methods for tracking missed tassels left by a detasseling machine. Rear-facing image data is captured by a camera positioned with a field of view behind the detasseling machine and image processing is applied to the rear-facing image data to quantity a missed tassel metric for a geospatial area. An indication of the missed tassel metric is displayed to an operator of the detasseling machine. In some implementations, the displayed indication of the missed tassel metric is updated in near real-time as the detasseling machine continue to operate in the crop field as an accumulated total missed tassel percentage for the entire crop field and/or as a missed tassel map indicating a percentage of missed tassels for each of a plurality of different geospatial sub-areas in the crop field.
