Abstract: A device for wrapping an electrical cord for protective purposes comprising, in combination a tubular elongated member formed with a circular interior surface and a circular exterior surface about a common longitudinal axis to define a wall between the surfaces, a single cut extending through the wall for the length of the elongated member in a spiral configuration, the elongated member being fabricated of a resilient elastomeric material whereby an electrical cord may be inserted into the interior surface by advancing sequential segments of the electrical cord through the slot for protection of the electrical cord.
