  • Patent number: 12259356
Abstract: Methods and reference compositions for quantifying protein using tagged standards. In an exemplary method, a reference composition and a protein may be electrophoresed in respective lanes of a gel. The reference composition may include quantitation standards of different size and each including a tag present at a different concentration. The quantitation standards and the protein may be transferred from the gel to a solid support to create a blot. Luminescence may be detected from the blot to obtain respective luminescence values separately representing an abundance of the tag of each quantitation standard and an abundance of the protein. A quantity of the protein may be determined using the respective luminescence values.

  • Patent number: 10891219
Abstract: Target testing code based on failure paths can improve hit rates and reduce memory consumption. Aggregating failure signatures into clusters can help to identify additional tests to perform. Further, the signature clusters can be used to automate testing of a video game by, for example, identifying tests that test elements of the video game that are common to the signatures within a cluster and automatically executing the tests without user involvement. The results of the tests can be used to modify the video game state. The process of testing and modifying the video game can be performed iteratively until a signature for the video game no longer matches the cluster.

  • Patent number: 10220920
Abstract: A dive door and ladder assembly includes a door positioned on the side of a boat, preferably in a rearward or aft position. The dive door is attached to a horizontally oriented hinge on a bottom portion thereof, and opens by pivoting inwardly and downwardly (vertically). When the door is in an open position, the underside of the door is generally in a horizontal plane with the upper surface of the doorway, forming a platform for divers and snorkelers to stand on. The upper surface of the doorway further includes a small hatch that may be opened to reveal a compartment therebelow. A collapsible ladder may be positioned within the compartment, in a collapsed state, and may be pulled upwardly from the compartment and folded over the side of the boat, through the doorway and extended into the water.
