Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes displaying, on a user interface of an insurance brokerage accounting system executing on a computing device, (1) an identification of a particular deposit data object in the insurance brokerage accounting system and (2) an interactive element associated with deposit data object; in response to a user interaction with the interactive element, then determining, by the insurance brokerage accounting system and based on the deposit data object, one or more sets of authentication credentials of a plurality of authentication credentials of the brokerage, each set authentication credentials corresponding to a particular secure website of a carrier from which to access a statement of the carrier; and automatically launching, in response to a selection of a particular set of authentication credentials, a particular authentication website corresponding to the selected authentication credentials.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes displaying, on a user interface of an insurance brokerage accounting system, an identification of at least one of a deposit data object or a production data object; displaying, on the user interface, an embedded communication interactive element that is specific to a particular one of the at least one deposit data object or production data object identified on the display; receiving input from a user including an interaction with the embedded communication interactive element; in response to the user input, displaying a transient embedded communication user interface overlaid on the user interface; receiving, from the user and on the embedded communication user interface, second user input including a communication regarding the particular data object; and displaying, in response to a third user input, the transient embedded communication user interface including the communication and overlaid on the user interface.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes displaying, on a user interface of an insurance brokerage accounting system, a first dedicated portion identifying one or more deposit data objects in the system; displaying, on the user interface, a second dedicated portion identifying, for each of the deposit data objects identified in the first dedicated portion, zero or more statement data objects that are associated in the system with the respective deposit data object; updating, by the system, an association between (1) a first deposit data object of the one or more deposit data objects and (2) a first statement data object; and updating, by the system and in real time and based on the updated association between the first deposit data object and the first statement data object, the second dedicated portion of the user interface corresponding to the first deposit data object to identify the associated statement data object.
