  • Patent number: 12280368
Abstract: A connected ecosystem for a laboratory environment comprises an electronic lab notebook, and instrumented biosafety cabinet, and one or more sensing vessels containing cell cultures. The electronic lab notebook interfaces with the instrumented biosafety cabinet to provide instructions, guidance, and monitoring of a user during the set up of the experimental protocol and to receive commands from the user via one of several input modalities. After the experimental protocol has been set up in the instrumented biosafety cabinet, cell cultures may be moved to an incubator where the connected ecosystem may provide automatic monitoring of the cultures. The automatic monitoring is provided by sensors integrated into cell culture vessels and supplemented by images of the cell cultures captured by a camera. The user may be informed of deviations from expected results detected based on the automatic monitoring.

  • Publication number: 20250030691
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods for administering access to generated files. The method involves storing a file on a server. The server receives a request from a first client device to generate a uniform resource identifier (URI) associated with the file, an identity, and a dynamic expire time. The server generates the URI, which links to a resource comprising the file, and transmits it to a second client device. The server then receives a request from the second client device using the URI to request the resource. The server validates the identity by checking it against a database of authorized identities. Additionally, the server validates the identity through an identity provider, which prompts the user to login to the identity on an identity hosting platform. Based on the response from the server and the identity provider, access to the resource is granted or denied.

  • Publication number: 20250027234
Abstract: Methods of manufacturing multi-material fibers having one or more electrically-connectable devices disposed therein are described. In certain instances, the methods include the steps of: positioning the electrically-connectable device(s) within a corresponding pocket provided in a preform material; positioning a first electrical conductor longitudinally within a first conduit provided in the preform material; and drawing the multi-material fiber by causing the preform material to flow, such that the first electrical conductor extends within the multi-material fiber along a longitudinal axis thereof and makes an electrical contact with a first electrode located on each electrically-connectable device. A metallurgical bond may be formed between the first electrical conductor and the first electrode while drawing the multi-material fiber and/or, after drawing the multi-material fiber, the first electrical conductor may be located substantially along a neutral axis of the multi-material fiber.

  • Publication number: 20250028684
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a computer implemented method for managing generated files, including receiving a file template creation request from a client device and generating a file template with static content data and dynamic content markers. A file creation request is received and a file is generated from the file template. The file is stored in non-volatile memory accessible by a server. A deletion-triggering event is detected, and in response, the file is deleted from the non-volatile memory. This method provides efficient management of generated files, allowing for the creation and deletion of files based on user requests and system events.

  • Publication number: 20240379160
Abstract: A memory structure including three-dimensional NOR memory strings and method of operation is disclosed. In some embodiments, the memory device implements partial polarization to provide a reference signal for read operation. The reference signal realizes a third logical state distinguishable from the first and second logical stages in the ferroelectric memory transistor, such as associated with the program and erase states. In another embodiment, the memory device provides a reference signal for read operation by averaging a first signal associated with a program state and a second signal associated with an erased state of the ferroelectric memory transistor. In some embodiments, the memory device implements one or more partial polarization states to provide a multi-level memory cell with more than one logical bit stored in each memory cell.

  • Patent number: 11861652
Abstract: One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods for mailbox-based coupon display are provided. For example, a plurality of email messages stored in a mailbox of a first email account of a first user may be identified, and may be evaluated to identify a plurality of coupons. The plurality of coupons may be analyzed to determine one or more coupon features. User data and/or activity data associated with the first user may be analyzed to determine one or more user features. A predictive model may be tuned based upon the one or more coupon features and/or the one or more user features. A set of scores may be generated for the plurality of coupons based upon the predictive model. A graphical user interface may be controlled based upon the set of scores to display one or more coupons.

  • Patent number: 11625736
Abstract: An insight engine that takes into account a wide variety of information from a wide variety of sources for predicting a sales insight is generated. The insight engine is generated using machine learning. Historical customer-specific information, product-specific information, and environmental information are aggregated, based on customer, product, and/or time period, into historical customer profiles. The historical customer profiles are labeled with historical sales insights to form a training set. A machine learning algorithm is applied to the training set to generate an insight engine. The insight engine is applied to a target customer profile to determine a predicted sales insight for a target entity.

  • Publication number: 20220401968
Abstract: A vacuum unit includes a debris tank receiving wet or dry waste. A multi-cyclone separator is coupled to an outlet of the debris tank. The multi-cyclone separator receives the wet or dry waste from the debris tank and the multi-cyclone separator includes a plurality of cyclones. A filter is coupled to the outlet of the multi-cyclone separator and receives exhaust airflow from the multi-cyclone which then flows onto the blower or fan and is vented external to the vacuum unit.
