Abstract: A reconfigurable support for a playback device includes (i) a first side configured for magnetic engagement with a recessed ledge of a recess formed in a bottom surface of a housing, the recess comprising a perimeter, and the recessed ledge extending about at least a portion of the perimeter of the recess, and (ii) a second side opposite the first side, configured for magnetic engagement with the recessed ledge and having an edge surrounding a resilient protrusion that extends outward from a plane of the edge. When the reconfigurable support is positioned within the recess in a first configuration, the first edge is magnetically engaged with the recessed ledge and the resilient protrusion extends outward from the bottom surface of the housing; however, in a second configuration the second edge is magnetically engaged with the recessed ledge and the resilient protrusion is contained within the recess.

Abstract: A modular roof installation scaffolding system comprises a plurality of light-weight, generally rectilinear rails having a plurality of regularly-spaced apertures extending laterally therethrough. The rails are supportable upon a plurality of feet adapted for pinned connection to the rails utilizing the apertures. One or more jacks are slidably supportable on the rails and are adapted for pinned connection to the rails. The jacks are adapted to support one or more planks extending orthogonally to and across the rails for supporting one or more roofing installers thereon. A roof hook is attachable to each rail for supporting the scaffolding on the roof at the ridgeline of the roof.

Abstract: This patent specification discloses a method and compositions for applying an artificial finger nail tip to a natural finger nail. The method applies: (i) multiple brush-on coatings of a mixture of ethyl-2-cyanoacrylate, poly methyl methacrylate, and hydroquinone; (ii) several spray coatings of an aromatic dryer of ethyl acetate and aromatic amines; and (iii) at least one dip of glaze powder of poly (ethyl or ethyl/methyl) methacrylate, benzoyl peroxide, and silica as an opaquing agent. The preferred method is very easy to perform and does not require any use of polymer solvents or grinding or filing steps.
