Publication number: 20260182459Abstract: Methods for maintaining stable resistivity of a high resistivity silicon-on-insulator (HR-SOI) wafer are presented. The HR-SOI wafer includes a HR-Si substrate having a resistivity that is higher than about 1000 ohm. cm and a dopant concentration that is smaller than about 1013×cm-3. Packaging processing steps of the HR-SOI wafer are performed at a peak temperature that is below about 250 degrees centigrade. According to one aspect, a polyimidization processing step according to the present disclosure is performed at a peak temperature that is below about 250 degrees centigrade. According to another aspect, the packaging processing steps do not include the polyimidization processing step.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 2, 2023Publication date: June 25, 2026Inventors: Kouassi Sebastien KOUASSI, Ahmed MAGHAWRI, Wen Hao WANG, Richard DOWLING, Michael MERCADO

Patent number: 9003319Abstract: A multi-level information display system graphically represents clinical information for a user. The system includes a user interface providing clinical content to a user and accepting user input with respect to clinical content. The system also includes a graphical summary representation of a patient-related clinical data value. The graphical summary representation has one or more visible characteristics indicating an importance of the patient-related clinical data value. The system also includes a thumbnail trend view providing a graph of data elements used to provide the patient-related clinical data value shown in the graphical summary representation. The system further includes an originating data view retrieving and displaying, via the user interface, a source document corresponding to at least one data element on the graph shown in the thumbnail trend view. The various views are displayed via the user interface based on user manipulation of a cursor with respect to the displayed views.Type: GrantFiled: November 26, 2008Date of Patent: April 7, 2015Assignee: General Electric CompanyInventors: Steven Linthicum, Steven Fors, Anthony Ricamato, Eric Jester, Michael Mercado

Publication number: 20110161097Abstract: Methods and systems for scheduling appointments in healthcare environments are described. An example method of scheduling appointments in healthcare environments includes determining a patient's availability and priority level and identifying, based on patient selection, one of a plurality of time slots. Additionally, the example method includes identifying another patient's willingness to reschedule their appointment for compensation if the one of the plurality of time slots is scheduled by the other patient, scheduling the patient in the one of the plurality of time slots using a processor if the one of the plurality of time slots is available or if the other patient has indicated a willingness to reschedule their appointment for compensation and compensating the other patient if the one of the plurality of time slots was previously scheduled by the other patient.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 28, 2009Publication date: June 30, 2011Applicant: GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANYInventors: Stephen Anthony Fox, Eric Garland, Kurt Preston, Luke Sandberg, Ryan Wayne Gross, Michael Mercado
