LNPs including POZ-lipid conjugates and a nucleic acid payload such as, but not limited to, mRNA or modified mRNA are disclosed. Such LNPs have no immunogenicity or reduced immunogenicity as compared to a corresponding LNP containing a PEG-lipid.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides copolymers of 2-substituted-2-oxazolines possessing two or three reactive functional groups which are also chemically orthogonal. The copolymers described may be random copolymers, block copolymers or a mixture of random and block copolymer configurations. Furthermore, the present disclosure provides novel methods for synthesizing the above polymers and for conjugating to molecules such as targeting, diagnostic and therapeutic agents.

Abstract: An ultraviolet light-emitting device can be used to inactivate pathogens in air circulating through an HVAC system. The UV device can include a first and optionally a second UV light source that emits UV light at a predetermined peak wavelength that is selected to inactivate a specific pathogen. The second UV light source can emit a different predetermined peak wavelength that is selected to inactivate a different pathogen. The UV light sources can be included in a housing located within the HVAC system. Two or more housings can be placed within the same or different components of the HVAC system. The two or more housings can include UV light sources that emit the same or different peak wavelengths. An amplifier can be used to increase the intensity of the UV light emitted such that a desired percentage of a specific pathogen is inactivated.

The system comprises one or more hardware processors configured by machine-readable instructions to: receive output signals provided by one or more remote sensing devices mounted to an overhead platform, the output signals conveying information related to one or more agricultural images; and assign pixels within the agricultural images to one or more classes based on spectral and/or spatial content of the agricultural images, wherein the one or more classes include a signal class and a noise class.
