Abstract: A process for selectively etching a material comprising SiO2 over silicon, the method comprising the steps of: placing a silicon substrate comprising a layer of a material comprising SiO2 within a reactor chamber equipped with an energy source; creating a vacuum within the chamber; introducing into the reactor chamber a reactive gas mixture comprising a fluorine compound, a polymerizable fluorocarbon, and an inert gas, wherein the reactive gas mixture is substantially free of added oxygen; activating the energy source to form a plasma activated reactive etching gas mixture within the chamber; and selectively etching the material comprising SiO2 preferentially to the silicon substrate.

The electrical power transmission line is an existing line used in the vehicle consist for transferring electrical power to the vehicles in the consist. The method further includes obtaining a value indicative of a weight of the packaging material per unit of length and determining a weight of the packaging material dispensed on the wrapped load based on the measured length and the obtained value without removing the packaging material from the load. The determined weight of the packaging material is displayed on a display device.

Abstract: A dock leveler includes a pivotally extendable lip coupled to a pivotal deck by way of a front hinge, wherein the structure in the area of the front hinge optimizes the torsional flexibility of the deck; provides a well supported, durable crown (apex angle between an extended lip and the deck); and reduces the part count of the dock leveler. The front hinge includes a deck-hinge member that extends approximately the full width of the deck and is preferably formed from a single sheet of material. Abstract: A method of operating a computing device to represent and explore content of a data storage, such as a binary file, using a format definition. The format definition comprises classes, with data members of one or more of the classes representing a layout data elements and their relationships in the data storage. The relationships among the data elements may be represented using inheritance. In the format definition, a class may derive from a base class providing reflection functionality. The reflection allows parsing instances of the class so that their data members and their values are accessed at runtime, using the base class. Results of the parsing are presented in a form that allows exploring the content of the data storage and modifying the parsing results. New data may be created that conforms to the modified results.
