Abstract: A system and method for real estate transactions is provided. The system and method allows various users, including buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, and the like, to make soft connections with one another based on any number of different criteria. These soft connections allow users to initially collect some, but not all information, regarding other users and associated real estate properties. As a result, users have increased confidence in using the application or software, increasing efficiency and transparency while avoiding undesirable outcomes such as bidding wars. The system and method leverages AI technology to connect users and facilitate transactions.

Abstract: An interposer card and a virtualization offloading card are provided for installation in a third-party server to integrate the third-party server into a cloud service provider network. The interposer card includes a baseboard management controller that interfaces with a management console of the cloud service provider network. This allows the third-party server to be converted into a server controlled by the cloud service provider network. Additionally, the baseboard management controller of the interposer card acts as a firewall between the third-party server and a management control network of the cloud service provider network. The interposer card and the virtualization offloading card are installed in a chassis of the third-party server via an expansion slot without requiring modification of the hardware or firmware of the third-party server.

Abstract: Systems and methods for managing a collection of power supply units (PSUs), such as those used in a datacenter environment, can include detecting changes in an output load on the PSUs to less than a target output load that is based on a target efficiency of the PSUs. In response to the indication that the output load is decreasing, PSUs can be selectively deactivated so that that an average output load of remaining, active PSUs of the collection of PSUs remains above the target output load corresponding to the target efficiency of the PSUs.

Abstract: Embodiments of a multiple draw syringe are disclosed which may be used to draw multiple samples of fluid from a human or animal or other source. The multiple draw syringe includes a protective barrel, a plunger tray, and a needle manifold. Evacuated sample tubes may be placed in the plunger tray and the plunger tray inserted into the rear of the protective barrel. The needle manifold includes a forward projecting drawing needle and a plurality of rearward projecting specimen needles. The needle manifold may be inserted into the front of the protective barrel. The drawing needle may be inserted into a vessel from which a sample is to be taken. The plunger tray may then be pressed forward causing the specimen needles to penetrate the stoppers on the evacuated tubes and placing the vessel in operational contact with the interior of the tubes. The fluid flows through the needle manifold into the tubes.
