The first bone cutting device and the second bone cutting device are coupled to the fixed portion using respective joints that accommodate orientations of the first bone cutting device and the second bone cutting device relative to the fixed portion along different horizontal and vertical axes. The clamp is configured to engage a first bone portion during a surgical procedure. The first bone cutting device and the second bone cutting device are configured to remove a second bone portion.

Abstract: The disclosed technology includes a line pulling system having a chassis configured to support a line pulling drum. The line pulling drum can receive a line and a motor can be configured to rotate the line pulling drum in a first direction to cause the line to wind around the line pulling drum and in a second direction to facilitate removal of the line from the line pulling drum. The line pulling system can include a driven element, a driving element, and a coupling ring that can be configured to transition between an engaged position and a disengaged position. When in the engaged position, the coupling ring can couple the driving element to the driven element to cause a torque applied by the motor to be transferred to the line pulling drum. When in the disengaged position, the coupling ring can uncouple the driving element from the driven element.

Abstract: Implementations described and claimed herein provide a system and methods for balancing network loads across distinct provider networks. In one implementation, a virtual network representative of at least a first provider network is established having at least one interconnection point where network traffic is exchanged between the first provider network and a second provider network and having at least one provider edge port and at least one potential interconnection point. A measurement of a bandwidth between the at least one provider edge port and the at least one interconnection point is obtained. A measurement of a distance between the at least one provider edge port and a geographically closest of the at least one potential interconnection point or the at least one interconnection point is obtained. A network load indication for the first provider network as a function of the bandwidth measurement and the distance measurement is obtained.
