  • Patent number: 11961282
Abstract: A system for detecting synthetic videos may include a server, a plurality of weak classifiers, and a strong classifier. The server may be configured to receive a prediction result from each of a plurality of weak classifiers; and send the prediction results from each of the plurality of weak classifiers to a strong classifier. The weak classifiers may be trained on real videos and known synthetic videos to analyze a distinct characteristic of a video file; detect irregularities of the distinct characteristic; generate a prediction result associated with the distinct characteristic, the prediction result being a prediction on whether the video file is synthetic; and output the prediction result to the server. The strong classifier may be trained to receive the prediction results of the plurality of weak classifiers from the server; analyze the prediction results; and determine if the video file is synthetic based on the prediction results.

  • Patent number: 11947335
Abstract: Aspects of methods, apparatuses, and computer-readable media for performing multi-material selection optimization (MMSO) to provide topologically and geometrically optimized multi-component structures (MCSs) across a plurality of design inputs and constraints are proposed. In some embodiments, a 3-D print model of an object based on load case criteria is obtained. A portion of the 3-D print model is determined that can be replaced with a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) part model such that the load case criteria remain satisfied. The portion or the 3-D print model can then be replaced with the COTS part model to determine the MCS model. In various embodiments, a mesh representation of the model can be generated, and plurality of optimization techniques can be used to determine the MCS model.

  • Patent number: 11945806
Abstract: In immunoglobulin light chain amyloidosis (AL), the unique antibody light chain (LC) protein that is secreted by monoclonal plasma cells in each patient misfolds and/or aggregates, a process leading to organ degeneration. For treating AL patients, such as those with substantial cardiac involvement who have difficulty tolerating existing chemotherapy regimens, provided herein are small molecule compounds of Formula Ia, Formula Ib, and Formula II that are kinetic stabilizers of the native dimeric structure of full-length LCs, which compounds can slow or stop the amyloidogenicity cascade at its origin.

  • Publication number: 20240103866
Abstract: Detailed herein are examples of instructions and their hardware support for floating-point comparison that makes use of the distinction between signed integer comparison and unsigned integer comparison to make an analogous distinction between floating-point relationships including unordered and those that do not. These instructions may reduce the number of instructions required to compare and conditionally execute operations in a program, including instructions to load values and instructions to explicitly test for the unordered condition.

  • Publication number: 20240103872
Abstract: Techniques for performing floating-point to integer conversion with saturation are described. In some examples, an instruction is executed to perform the conversion. In some examples, a single instruction to include at least one or more fields for an opcode and one or more fields for location information for at least a first source operand and a destination operand, wherein the opcode is to indicate execution circuitry is to convert, using truncation or saturation, each floating-point data element of at least the first source operand to an integer value and store the integer value into a corresponding data element position of the destination operand, wherein truncation is to be used when a conversion is inexact and saturation is to be used when a conversion overflows.

  • Publication number: 20240084654
Abstract: An environmental-efficiency fluid is designed by a system and/or method. The fluid can be for use in a down-hole operation in a well. The design produces the environmental-efficiency fluid from a treatment fluid and drill cuttings. For example, the system and method can include creating an analysis of a rheological model generated from a set of wellbore conditions and a set of drill-cutting properties to determine a set of rheological properties for the treatment fluid and a concentration of drill cuttings, which allow for use of the drill cuttings with the treatment fluid; and producing the environmental-efficiency fluid based on the rheological properties and the concentration of drill cuttings.
