    Abstract: A computing device comprises a platform and an audio receiver component. The audio receiver component is provided on a front side of the platform and is oriented to emit sound out of the front of the housing. A gap volume adjacent to the audio receiver is defined by the front side of the platform and the front façade of the housing. The gap volume supports audio output from the audio receiver component. A first air channel is defined by a combination of (i) a through-hole in the platform at the gap volume, and (ii) an opening in a back façade of the housing.
