  • Patent number: 8326314
Abstract: A system is described. The system includes a fixed microwave path pair between a first site and a second site and an additional microwave path between the first site and a third site. A transceiver portion of the first site and a transceiver portion of the second site are configured to transmit on the fixed microwave path pair on TDD-FDD reversed paired frequencies. The transceiver portion of the first site is configured to transmit to the transceiver portion of the third site on one frequency of the paired frequencies using the side lobe radiation of an antenna at the first site.

  • Patent number: 8078109
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, for operation of concurrently coordinated microwave paths in coordinated frequency bands are described. In one aspect, a system includes a plurality of primary sites, each primary site including a transceiver portion configured to transmit to or receive from the transceiver portion of another primary site on a coordinated microwave path on a first frequency; a secondary site, the secondary site located in an optimized area, the secondary site including a transceiver portion, the transceiver portion of the secondary site configured to transmit to the transceiver portion of a primary site on a concurrently coordinated microwave path on the first frequency, where the optimized area is an area where interference caused by the secondary site to other transceivers that operate on a different coordinated microwave path on the first frequency is less than interference caused by a primary site to the other transceivers.

  • Patent number: 4075552
Abstract: The wide-band nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer is used for determining the NMR frequency of a sample in an external magnetic field and comprises a transmitter for generating a signal having a frequency equal to the NMR frequency of the sample. A receiver receives the signal from the sample and a probe is provided for applying the signal from the transmitter to the sample and from the sample to the receiver. The probe comprises a detector in the form a tank circuit for detecting the signal of NMR frequency from the sample and for inductively coupling the detector to the receiver and for substantially matching the impedance of the receiver.
