Abstract: Methods and systems for providing a customizable online marketplace are provided. A database server and database for providing website information over a network are provided. An application server is provided for rendering a website connected to the database server via the network, the website comprising one or more online marketplaces, each of the one or more online marketplaces being specific to a particular doctor and offering medical devices recommended by the particular doctor for purchase by a patient. A secure seller portal is provided for each doctor to access the corresponding online marketplace and to upload product information and product sales listings to the corresponding online marketplace. User systems enable the patient to securely access the website, choose the corresponding online marketplace associated with their doctor, and purchase one or more of the medical devices recommended by their doctor. A payment processing system enables processing of the purchases.

Abstract: The present invention comprises a therapy boot for treatment of the ankle or lower leg. The therapy boot comprises a hard outer shell having an open anterior portion, a base portion, a posterior portion, two oppositely disposed side portions, and a pocket with an opening provided in each of the side portions. The therapy boot also comprises an air bladder comprising two inflatable chambers, a corresponding one of the two inflatable chambers being disposed on an inside of each of the side portions. Respective gel packs are also provided which are adapted to be inserted into one of the respective openings of the pockets in between the air bladder and at least one of the lower leg or the ankle. The gel packs are pressed against at least one of the lower leg and the ankle by the corresponding inflatable chamber of the air bladder.

Abstract: A multifunction sleeve for a jointed limb is provided. The sleeve may include multiple sections each with one or more inflatable chambers. One or more temperature sensors, one or more range of motion sensors, one or more thermal elements are provided for application of heat or cold therapy. A control device is provided which is adapted to: receive temperature data from the temperature sensors; receive range of motion data from the range of motion sensors; receive temperature data from the thermal elements; control timing, order and duration of inflation and deflation of the inflatable chambers; and control application, timing, temperature, and duration of the heat or cold therapy. A user device may be adapted to receive, store and analyze the temperature and range of motion data received from the control device and/or the sleeve. Potential adverse events may be predicted based on the data received.
