    Abstract: Bone screw assemblies that can include a screw, housing, snap ring, saddle, set screw, and rod are described herein. The bone screw assemblies can allow for polyaxial or uniplanr movement of the screw relative to the housing. A threaded portion of the screw can be coated with a hydroxyapatite (HA) coating. The screw can have a triple lead thread configuration. The bone screw assembly may be modular.

    Abstract: An adjustable spinal implant device including a first member and a second member, the first member adapted to receive the second member and to lock the second member in position relative to the first member. The first and second members may each comprise coupling portions adapted to couple to a spinal stabilization rod with a snap-fit. Cam locks may be adapted to be rotatably positioned in each member, wherein each member comprises a cam bore configured to receive a cam lock. The first cam lock and second cam lock may be each rotatable between a locked position and an open position.

    Abstract: A modular tibial implant includes a tibial baseplate having a top surface, a bottom surface, and first and second openings extending between the top and bottom surfaces, and a bone engaging element having a distal end, a proximal end, and a longitudinal axis extending between the distal and proximal ends, the proximal end of the bone engaging element having a threaded opening alignable with the first opening of the tibial baseplate and a post insertible into the second opening of the tibial baseplate. The implant include a threaded fastener insertible into the aligned first opening and threaded opening, wherein the threaded fastener is rotatable for securing the proximal end of the bone engaging element to the bottom surface of the tibial baseplate, and a cam element insertible into the second opening of the tibial baseplate for engaging the post.
