  • Publication number: 20240003596
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure generally relate to industrial infrastructures. More specifically, embodiments described herein provide for a fluid recirculation system of an industrial infrastructure and a method of using the recirculation system. The system utilizes exhaust from industrial infrastructures as a refrigerant to ensure a constant supply of refrigerant while also utilizing any low level heat still within the exhaust. Heat exchangers are provided that both heat and cool process fluids using the refrigerant supplied originally as an exhaust from the industrial infrastructure.

  • Publication number: 20200208063
Abstract: The present technology provides systems and methods for detecting leaks in a coke plant. In some embodiments, the present technology includes discharging a gaseous tracer adjacent to a surface that at least partially divides a high-pressure system and a low-pressure system. The gaseous tracer can be measured at a location within and/or downstream from the low-pressure system to identify leaks in the structure.

  • Patent number: 10197353
Abstract: Disclosed is a lower receiver that defines an aperture extending between a bolt stop well and an actuator well, the lower receiver including a bolts stop and a first actuator lever on one side of the lower receiver and a bolt stop actuator that includes a tooth that extends through the aperture, a second bolt release lever on the other side of the lower receiver and a rod connecting the tooth and the second bolt release lever, wherein the tooth engages the bolt stop so that actuation of the second bolt release lever moves the bolt stop and where the first and second release levers move in unison.

  • Patent number: 9199237
Abstract: Disclosed in an embodiment herein is a well plate system including a well plate device, including three plates disposed above one another. The two top plates include wells disposed therein which are in fluid communication with one another, and which when the device is in a resting position, the second plate rests on top of the third plate to create a fluid sealed well. The third plate includes fluid drainage openings, such that when the system is in an activated position, the plates are moved such that the fluid within the wells exits through these openings. The system can be fully automated, and can include one or more motors to control movement of the plates. The system can also operate manually with a hinge connected to the plates.
