Abstract: A web-based hiring application and corresponding hardware including the present invention comprises a system including, but not limited to: a) a comprehensive multi-user web-based hiring application, capable of sharing databases with other web-based companies, b) a server and hardware system set up to run the web-based application, c) a database management system, d) security for the system, e) tools for sharing and interacting with the application, via local intranets or extranets. A preferred embodiment, the IntelliHire™ provides an online system that enables customers to define candidate profiles and improves the speed of their hiring process, by improving and managing the candidate interviewing and selection process. IntelliHire™ empowers interviewers and managers to make swift, value-added decisions, and thus enables collaborative human resource decision-making.
