Abstract: A facility for transforming a subject data item sequence is described. The facility accesses a trained relationship model. For each of a plurality of subject items of the subject data item sequence, the facility: selects a first contiguous series of items of the subject data item sequence immediately before the subject data item; selects a second contiguous series of items of the subject data item sequence immediately after the subject data item; and applies the trained relationship model to the selected first and second contiguous series of data items to obtain a denoised version of the subject data item. The facility then assembles the obtained denoised subject data items into a denoised data item sequence.

Abstract: A method includes accessing at least one referral information entry. Each referral information entry associated with a referred user device is based on a referral from a referring partner application to a product. Each referral information entry includes an identifier for the referring partner application, a product identifier for the product, a time stamp of the referral, and a unique identifier associated with the referred user device. Sign-up information is received from a user device. The sign-up information includes a unique identifier of the user device, and a time of sign-up. The method includes mapping the sign-up information to the at least one referral information entry to determine whether the user device is one of the referred user devices. A determination whether the bounty requirements are met is made based on the mapped information and at least one predetermined business rule for referral bounties.

In this manner, a single-tenant application could be used by multiple tenants in a multi-tenant environment.

A database of all available coupons is provided to the user to assist in the design and customization process.

Abstract: A method is provided for synthesizing acylamides, useful as protectant for cultivated plants. A benzoxazine, such as 3,4-dihydro-3-methyl-2H-1,4-benzoxazine, is made in a stepwise manner by initially forming an o-nitrophenoxyketone by reacting a haloketone and a nitrophenol. The o-nitrophenoxyketone is hydrogenated to form the corresponding benzoxazine, which is thereafter acylated with an acylhalide to produce the acylamide, such as 4-dichloroacetyl-3,4-dihydro-3-methyl-2H-1,4-benzoxazine.

Abstract: Disclosed are a tool, a method, and a computer program for suppressing events. The tool comprises a database having a resource table, a batch loader interface for creating or updating said resource table, and a web based user interface to said database. The event suppression tool further comprises a batch interface to receive data about planned activities and affected resources; and code for creating suppression activity windows from said data and said resource table, and for suppressing from said user interface, new events that fall within said activity windows. The preferred embodiment of the invention allows temporarily suppressing various actions for events received for certain resources during specified times.

Abstract: A lubricant pump and cone movement dampener system for a rolling cone cutter of an earth-boring bit is disclosed. The system includes an axial bore passing through the end of journal pin. The axial bore is fitted with a unidirectional valve and is in fluid communication with the bit's lubricant and with a grease passage. Lubricant, such as a grease, is pumped through the grease passage in the cone cutter, where it passes through the valve, out of the bore, and into the journal gap formed by the interior of the cone cutter and the exterior of the journal pin. Axial movement of the cone caused by formation forces acting upon the cone cutter as it rotates in the borehole causes more lubricant to be drawn into the journal gap. When the cone moves axially back in the opposite direction, heated lubricant in the gap is expelled from the gap via holes within the ball race of the journal pin. The system cycles cooler grease through the gap, dampens axial cone movement and reduces damage to the journal seal.
