Abstract: A server includes a memory, and a processor communicatively coupled to the memory. The processor is configured to execute instructions to receive a request for content for a client device, match a targeted data to the identification information based on a relevancy factor, and provide the targeted data to a sandboxed application of the client device configured to render the targeted data. The request includes identification information, which is a user identification information or a device identification information for the client device. The identification information is associated with a content identification data or a content identification history generated from preliminary data generated by a networked device associated with the client device.
