The one or more first settings are stored within and retrievable directly from the memory of the mobile device. The mobile device is also configured to receive and/or determine a second identifier of the second HVAC control and to automatically configure one or more second settings for the second HVAC control corresponding with the second identifier. The one or more second settings are stored within and retrievable directly from the memory of the mobile device for wireless transmission to the second HVAC control for download to a memory of the second HVAC control for controlling at least one HVAC component according to the one or more second settings.

Abstract: A messaging channel is embedded directly into a media stream. Messages delivered via the embedded messaging channel are extracted at a client media player. According to a variant embodiment, and in lieu of embedding all of the message data in the media stream, only a coordination index is injected, and the message data is sent separately and merged into the media stream downstream (at the client media player) based on the coordination index. In one example embodiment, multiple data streams (each potentially with different content intended for a particular “type” or class of user) are transmitted alongside the video stream in which the coordination index (e.g., a sequence number) has been injected into a video frame. Based on a user's service level, a particular one of the multiple data streams is released when the sequence number appears in the video frame, and the data in that stream is associated with the media.

A launder cover comprising one or more flexible sheets can be disposed over at least a majority of the launder channel. Each of the sheet(s) can have opposing inner and outer edges, the inner edge coupled to the inner wall and the outer edge coupled to the outer wall, and can be configured such that, when a single one of the inner and outer edges is decoupled from the inner and outer walls, the sheet is deformable to at least partially uncover the launder channel.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a component includes additively manufacturing (AM) a plurality of interior layers of the component and AM at least one anti-bump, squeak, rattle (BSR) layer of the component such that the at least one anti-BSR layer reduces BSR acoustic noise compared to the plurality of interior layers. The at least one anti-BSR layer can be a plurality of anti-BSR layers and the plurality of anti-BSR layers includes a BSR property that is different than a corresponding BSR property of the plurality of interior layers.

Abstract: A refuse collection vehicle having a packer system, a hopper, and a storage compartment. A wall between the storage compartment and the hopper defines an opening that allows refuse to pass from the hopper to the storage compartment. The packer system includes an auger screw and a driver. The driver rotates the auger screw such that refuse is packed into the storage compartment through the opening. A door can be positioned to cover the opening in the wall to inhibit refuse from passing back through the opening. A door actuator system moves the door to selectively open and close the door on the opening. A packing actuator can push an ejector panel across the floor of the storage compartment while the door is closed on the opening in the wall to further compact refuse in the storage compartment or to eject refuse from the vehicle.

Abstract: A system and method is disclosed for the combined analysis of transaction execution monitoring data and a topology model created from infrastructure monitoring data of computing systems involved in the execution of the monitored transactions. Monitored communication activities of transactions are analyzed to identify intermediate processing nodes between sender and receiver side and to enrich transaction monitoring data with data describing those intermediate processing nodes. The topology model may also be improved by the combined analysis, as functionality and services provided by elements of the topology model may be derived by the involvement of those elements in the execution of monitored transactions. The result of the combined analysis is used by an automated anomaly detection and causality estimation system. The combined analysis may also reveal entities of a monitored environment that are used by transaction executions but which are not monitored.

Abstract: A thermoplastic film which exhibits elastic-like behavior along at least one axis when stretched or elongated and then released. The thermoplastic film comprises a plurality of raised rib-like elements extending in a direction perpendicular to a main surface of the thermoplastic film. The thermoplastic film further includes a plurality of web areas positioned about the plurality of raised rib-like elements. The plurality of raised rib-like elements and plurality of web areas are arranged in a complex pattern. The complex pattern provides visual and tactile cues as the films are stretched or elongated. The complex pattern can cause the thermoplastic film to have a complex stretch profile.

Abstract: The present invention provides improved and/or shortened methods for expanding TILs and producing therapeutic populations of TILs, including novel methods for expanding TIL populations in a closed system that lead to improved efficacy, improved phenotype, and increased metabolic health of the TILs in a shorter time period, while allowing for reduced microbial contamination as well as decreased costs. Such TILs find use in therapeutic treatment regimens.

Abstract: A medical scope device such as an endoscope is produced using a cast aluminum process including a molten casting aluminum alloy including a maximum of 0.2 - 0.3% Si and at least 5% Zn. The process includes providing an investment casting mold, casting the aluminum alloy in the mold to create a component and removing the mold from the component, post-machining the component to meet a desired specification, and after post-machining the component, performing surface finishing, such as centrifugal barrel finishing (CBF) sufficient to remove impurities on casting surfaces by 2 - 3 mils, then coating the component with a micro-crystalline aluminum anodic coating of at least 0.5 mil thickness. A medical scope and product-by-process is also provided employing such techniques.

The described systems, devices, and methods quantify this degradation (or quantify remaining health of the battery) by comparing average energy used to charge or discharge the battery by a charge level unit to a nominal quantity of energy used to charge or discharge a battery in optimal health by a charge level unit. Charge data for previous charge events of the vehicle battery can be used in the calculation, and can be filtered by identifying qualified charge events based on at least one of a number of metrics. Usage data for previous usage events of the vehicle battery can be used in the calculation, and can be filtered by identifying qualified usage events or subgroups of usage event based on at least one of a number of metrics.
