  • Publication number: 20260257656
Abstract: A primary piston for a main brake cylinder or a transmission device. The primary piston has, on a first side, a first recess into which at least one portion, directed toward the primary piston, of a primary spring of a main brake cylinder is able to be introduced or is fastened. On a second side, directed away from the first side, of the primary piston a second recess is formed, into which at least one portion, directed toward the primary piston, of a spindle of a transmission device and, at the same time, at least one portion, directed toward the primary piston, of a nut, arranged on the spindle, of the transmission device are able to be introduced and/or are fastened, The first recess, formed on the first side of the primary piston, frames at least one portion, directed toward the first side, of the second recess.

  • Patent number: 12397766
Abstract: A spindle drive unit for an electromechanical brake pressure generator in a hydraulic braking system of a vehicle for converting the rotational motion of a drive shaft of an electric motor into a translational motion of a piston that is coupled to the spindle drive unit. The spindle drive unit and/or the piston are/is enclosed, at least in sections, by an adapter sleeve having a male thread for screwing into a housing of the brake pressure generator. An electromechanical brake pressure generator that includes a spindle drive unit of this type is also described.

  • Patent number: 11834021
Abstract: A braking force generator for a braking system. The braking force generator includes a drive shaft, rotatably mounted in a housing, an electric motor, which includes a rotor and at least one motor winding, an actuating element, which is displaceably mounted, and a transmission unit, which operates between the drive shaft and the actuating element in such a way that the actuating element is displaced during a rotation of the drive shaft. The transmission unit includes a planetary gear set encompassing a sun wheel connected to the drive shaft in a rotatably fixed manner, a rotatably mounted planet carrier, at least one planet wheel rotatably mounted at the planet carrier, and an output toothing assigned to the actuating element. The output toothing is formed in a lateral wall of an end area of the planet carrier facing away from the electric motor.
