  • Patent number: 9751243
Abstract: A method for producing a molding, the shape of which is adapted to an initial mold, in which method a plurality of layers are deformably placed on top of one another such that the layers can be joined to each other by heat. The layers are deformed by being pressed onto the initial mold and in order to join the layers. Heat is applied in the deformed state. In the arrangement made of layers, at least one converter element is introduced that transforms supplied energy into heat energy and with which at least parts of the layers are heated to join the layers.

    Assignee: OTTO BOCK HEALTHCARE GMBH
Inventors: Olaf Kroll-Orywahl, Gordon Siewert, Michael Nolte, Michael Ottleben
  • Patent number: 8673199
Abstract: The invention relates to an orthesis (2) comprising at least one plate-shaped part which is adapted to a body part (3). A deformable plate-shaped support (4) is provided with a curable material (5, 9) and, after adapting the shape of the support (4) by direct deformation onto the body part (3), the curable material (5, 9) present on the support (4) is cured in the shape of the support. The invention allows adaption of the orthesis to the body part (3) without production of a template.

  • Publication number: 20100186885
Abstract: The systems and methods described herein relates to a system for allowing a consumer to track an advertisement for a product. The system includes an equipment for capturing a response by the consumer to the advertisement delivered from a first platform. The system also includes a portal, provided on a second platform, that permits the consumer to execute a purchase-related activity associated with the product of the advertisement. The system additionally includes an analysis application for generating a trigger that correlates data associated with the consumer response to data associated with the purchase-related activity. Furthermore, the system includes a server configured to display a plurality of triggers that allow the consumer to at least track the advertisement selected by the consumer from the first platform.
