  • Patent number: 10323458
Abstract: A hydraulic circuit may be used for controlling a plurality of hydraulic implements. The hydraulic circuit may include a first directional valve, a second directional valve, and a relief valve. A variable displacement pump may be fluidly coupled to the first directional valve, the second directional valve, and the relief valve. The hydraulic circuit may be communicably and operably coupled to a controller, and the controller may be programmed to selectably control the hydraulic circuit between a first operational mode and a second operational mode. Additionally, the controller may be programmed to actuate the first directional valve between an open position and a closed position and to actuate the second directional valve between a first open position, a second open position, a first closed position and a second closed position.

  • Patent number: 6848255
Abstract: A fan drive system includes a pump, at least one implement arrangement in fluid communication with the pump and a fan drive unit driveably connected to the pump. The fan drive unit is in fluid communication with the pump through a modulation valve. A signal operator is structured and arranged to receive at least one implement signal and a fan drive signal and generate a load signal output, wherein the pump is adapted to modify an output flow of the pump in response to the load signal. A control valve is urged to respond under the influence of a sensed condition and is in fluid communication with the modulation valve and the signal operator through a signal conduit.

  • Patent number: 6382075
Abstract: A snubbing arrangement functions to control the rate of deceleration of a piston and rod assembly within a fluid cylinder as the piston and rod assembly nears the bottom of the piston cavity. A flow blocking mechanism is attached to the piston and rod assembly and acts to block flow from the piston cavity through a first head end port. A pressure differential valve mechanism is disposed between a second head end port and the rod end port and operative to control the pressure in the head end cavity relative to the pressure in the rod end cavity.
