Abstract: Disclosed herein are a method, system, and computer-readable storage medium with instructions for recommending locations to a user. Preferred criteria may be selected by the user, for example, or a third party, and provide objective or subjective information that the user is seeking in a location. Embodiments may include compiling objective information with the location and comparing the objective information to preferred criteria. A user's profile may be compared to another person's profile, where the other person's profile is associated to the location. A location may be recommended to the user if the objective information correlates to the preferred criteria and if the other person's profile correlates to the user's profile. Subjective information associated with the location may be provided to the user along with the recommended location. Furthermore, a location may be recommended to the user if the subjective information correlates to the preferred criteria.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing persistent state are described herein. One or more embodiments include verifying access information provided by a user of a first device in connection with a user initiated transaction session, maintaining a current state of the transaction session in a persistent store, establishing a session key corresponding to the transaction session, providing the session key to the user, and providing the user access to the current state of the transaction session via a second device in response to validation of the session key received from the second device.

The method further includes receiving an input from the user related to a city of interest, comparing the feature vector for the first geographic area to feature vectors associated with geographic areas located in or adjacent to the city of interest, and ranking the geographic areas located in or adjacent to the city of interest using the comparing step.

The check may be deposited in a user's bank account based on the image. Any technique for sending the image to the financial institution may be used. Feedback may be provided to the user of the camera regarding the image of the check in the field of view.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are a method, system, and computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions for notifying a user of available realty in proximity to the user's approximate current location. In an embodiment, a triggering location region is defined based on the user's approximate current location. The triggering location region includes a second location that is associated with another person's profile that correlates with the user's profile. An alert is automatically provided to the user if available realty is within the defined triggering location region. In another embodiment, if available realty within the triggering location region meets the user's preferred criteria, information about the available realty may be automatically provided to the user.

Abstract: A mobile automobile information system and methods are described. Data such as images may be captured from a vehicle dealer sticker with a mobile device and analyzed. The sticker may contain machine-readable information such as a barcode. The collected data may be analyzed to determine vehicle and vehicle related information. Dealer information and vehicle purchase related information may also be generated. The results of the analysis may be provided to the user's mobile device. Purchase assistance may be provided to the user through the mobile device, answering user inquiries and providing vehicle purchase information to the user during the purchase process.
