Publication number: 20140361580Abstract: A collapsible truck trailer comprises an upper container that houses, and is slidably engaged with, a primary container via a lifting mechanism and vertical guide rails. The lifting mechanism changes trailer between a collapsed configuration wherein the upper container completely houses the primary container, and an extended configuration wherein the upper container is completely above the primary container. The vertical guide rails comprise a vertical c-channel fixed to the upper container that is slidably engaged with a complementary vertical rail fixed to the primary container. The lifting mechanism includes a series of intersecting lift arms driving by a motor and actuator. An automatically adjusting wind guard covers the front side of the upper container to reduce wind drag. The wind guard has a base portion connected to the truck roof and a flat portion having a terminal end that rests upon the upper container.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 5, 2013Publication date: December 11, 2014Inventor: Michael Patrick Flynn

Publication number: 20140346934Abstract: An adjustable storage system provides a space efficient system of storage cabinets. The system includes a rectangular base platform with a pair of primary rails running along the length of the base platform. A plurality of primary storage cabinets is slidably engaged with the primary rails. Each of the primary storage cabinets has a pair of doors on one side and a handle on an adjacent side. A secondary rail running above the primary cabinets and parallel to the primary rails supports a plurality of secondary storage cabinets that are each slidably engaged with the secondary rail via a rolling mechanism. A rotating joint in the rolling mechanism allows the secondary cabinets to be rotated about the vertical axis for greater accessibility. The system can also include a counter top attached to a terminal end of the primary rails via a plurality of support beams.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 24, 2013Publication date: November 27, 2014Inventor: Michael Patrick Flynn

Publication number: 20140345746Abstract: A paint storage kit is provided for storing and dispensing paint in a manner that minimizes mess and loss of paint. The paint storage kit includes a larger storage container, a funnel, and a smaller touch-up container. The storage container includes a removable, flexible pour spout that reversibly connects with the opening of the storage container and facilitates clean transfer of paint into the touch-up container(s) or alternate location. The touch-up container includes a plastic tube, storage cap, and applicator pad. Paint is transferred to the storage container where it stored. The paint can then be transferred to one or more touch-up containers. The touch-up containers can apply small amounts of paint directly via an applicator pad affixed to the top of the touch-up container.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 24, 2013Publication date: November 27, 2014Inventor: Michael Patrick Flynn

Publication number: 20140338723Abstract: An adjustable solar module system includes a solar module configured for use with an electronic information system. The solar module has incremental settings for the horizontal and vertical positioning of the solar panels. The electronic information system includes a database that communicates with a user device (e.g. cell phone or computer) via a communications network. The system receives the user's GPS coordinates via the user's device. Based on the location, and the date, the system retrieves the position of the sun from the database. The sun's position is translated into horizontal and vertical coordinates that are then translated into the appropriate horizontal and vertical settings found on the solar module. The horizontal and vertical settings are then transmitted to the user's device to enable the user to make the appropriate adjustments.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 17, 2013Publication date: November 20, 2014Inventor: Michael Patrick Flynn

Publication number: 20040029617Abstract: A track system and methods of use that facilitate the optimization of the leased area space for antenna and transceiver installation sites. The track system advantageously minimizes lease area space requirements while maximizing transmission capacity of transceiver installations by enabling the installation of more transceiver units or cabinets in the same amount of space previously required for fewer traditional transceiver cabinets. As a result, installation footprints can be custom designed to meet difficult space constraints and additional transceiver cabinets may be installed on existing installation footprints without increasing the leased area's space requirement and renegotiating the lease.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 31, 2003Publication date: February 12, 2004Applicant: MPF Technologies, Inc.Inventor: Michael Patrick Flynn
