  • Patent number: 11934635
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for dynamic configuration of interactive controls available on a dashboard. Interactive controls may be dynamically configured by manipulating network resource address information for a network resource that provides a dashboard, for example using query string parameters. For example, a dashboard that displays one type, source, or summary of information can be dynamically configured to allow interactive selection and display of another type, source, or summary of information depending on values passed in the network resource address information for the dashboard network resource.

  • Patent number: 10698586
Abstract: A user provides input to a graphical user interface to transform a chart that is linked to other charts presented to the user through the interface. In response to this input, the chart is transformed and updated. This transformation may cause the chart to make available a transformation event to a queue, which may cause other linked charts to obtain the transformation event and determine what transformations need to be performed within these other linked charts. Based at least in part on this transformation event, the other linked charts may obtain any necessary data and may perform the necessary transformations mirror the transformations performed for the original chart.

  • Patent number: 10592374
Abstract: A computer-implemented failure monitoring system and method are used with at least one server and with a plurality of resource servers. The system includes a computer storage device that stores one or more failure parameters indicative of one or more failure conditions. The system further includes one or more computer processors that include a monitoring component, an analysis component, and a throttling component. The monitoring component obtains information regarding service requests transmitted by the at least one server for which corresponding responses have not been timely received. The analysis component compares the information to the one or more failure parameters and determines whether at least one failure condition exists. The throttling component selectively inhibits transmission of service requests corresponding to the at least one failure condition while the at least one failure condition exists.

  • Patent number: 10498747
Abstract: A technology is provided for using a program code with a monitoring service in computing service environment. An application programming interface (API) call is prepared at a monitoring service according to one or more API call parameters, using a security data template, to be sent to the program code. The API call having the security data template can be sent from the monitoring service having a dashboard to the program code to query a target resource. A response can be received from the program code as return information from the program code and the target resource using the security data template according to the API call. The response can be displayed as a templated data response in the dashboard of the monitoring service according to a defined template.

  • Patent number: 10037218
Abstract: A web-based service may be enabled for simulating test conditions for sub-operations performed by back-end components. The service may operate in production while being tested. A cookie indicating a sub-operation and an intended test condition for the sub-operation may be included in a request to perform an operation. The cookie may be forwarded from a front-end computing node to a computing node that issues a request to perform the indicated sub-operation. The request to perform the sub-operation may be intercepted. The indicated test condition for the sub-operation may be simulated.

  • Patent number: 9484030
Abstract: A system is configured to execute audio-initiated commands. The system detects audio and determines if a first sound is included in the audio. The system then processes further incoming audio to detect a second sound. If the second sound is not detected within a time threshold, the system executes a command. The command may include delivering a message, outputting audio corresponding to synthesized speech, or some other executable command.

  • Patent number: 9195374
Abstract: Statistics of a distributed computing system are managed to identify and/or provide percentile data associated with the managed statistics. In some examples, percentiles associated with performance data of the computing system may be calculated. Based at least in part on a factor associated with the performance data, one or more of the calculated percentiles may be selected. Additionally, in some examples, graph data for at least a portion of the selected percentiles may be provided.
