  • Publication number: 20250263077
Abstract: A drive system for an agricultural vehicle is provided herein that may include a pump unit that may be connected to a power plant and configured to generate power through a flow of hydraulic fluid. A first propulsion motor may be fluidly coupled with a pump unit and configured to drive a first tractive force to a first tractive element by applying a first control signal. A sensor system may be configured to capture data indicative of a slip condition of the first tractive element. A computing system may be operably coupled with the sensor system and the first propulsion motor. The computing system may be configured to detect a slip condition of the first tractive element based on the data from the sensor system and provide a superimposed traction signal to the first tractive element to alter a displacement to the first control signal line.

  • Publication number: 20250212726
Abstract: An agricultural harvester including a rotor and a hydraulic motor configured to rotationally drive the rotor. Furthermore, the harvester includes a supply conduit through which hydraulic fluid is supplied to the hydraulic motor and a return conduit into which the hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic motor is discharged. Additionally, the harvester includes first and second pressure sensors configured to generate data indicative of the pressures of the hydraulic fluid within the supply and return conduits, respectively. A computing system configured to determine the pressures of the hydraulic fluid within the supply and return conduits based on the data generated by the first and second pressure sensors, respectively. Moreover, the computing system is configured to determine when the rotor is slugged based on the determined pressures of the hydraulic fluid within the supply and return conduits.

  • Patent number: 12089529
Abstract: An agricultural harvester includes one or more actuators configured to move a crop unloading tube of the harvester relative to a frame of the harvester. Additionally, the agricultural harvester includes a sensor configured to capture data indicative of a presence of the crop receiving vehicle within a crop unloading zone of the agricultural harvester. Moreover, the agricultural harvester includes a computing system communicatively coupled to the sensor. As such, the computing system configured to determine when the crop receiving vehicle is present within the crop unloading zone based on the data captured by the sensor. In addition, when it is determined that the crop receiving vehicle is present within crop unloading zone, the computing system is configured to control an operation of the one or more actuators such that the crop unloading tube is moved relative to the frame from a current position to a predetermined crop unloading position.
