  • Patent number: 12237939
Abstract: An application server may receive, via a user interface of a cloud-based data management platform storing a set of data objects, a user input to generate a communication channel of a group-based communication platform that is separate from the cloud-based data management platform. In some examples, the communication channel may be for a data object of the plurality of data objects. The application server may then retrieve a group of users that are linked to the data object within the cloud-based data management platform and display a list of options for generating the communication channel. The list of options may include the group of users for including in the communication channel, a privacy level for the communication channel, and an identifier of the communication channel. The application server may generate an executable packet of instructions and transmit the executable packet of instructions for ingesting into the group-based communication platform.

  • Patent number: 12231380
Abstract: Techniques for triggering a transfer of a chat conversation with a user from a chatbot to a human agent based on detection of transfer criteria are disclosed. The chatbot uses natural language processing and a generative model to collect and organize information from the chat conversation to present to the human agent in a report when the chat conversation is transferred to the human agent. The chat conversation is transferred to the human agent by presenting the report and a graphical chat interface to the human agent. The graphical chat interface displays messages from chat conversation between the human agent and the user and displays messages from chat conversations between the human agent and multiple other users. Transferring the chat conversation from the chatbot to the human agent includes presenting interface elements to the human agent for receiving user input from the human agent for transmission to the user.

  • Patent number: 12198024
Abstract: Techniques for configuring autosave triggers in a computing environment based on environment and data conditions are disclosed. A system trains a machine learning model based on data attributes and environmental attributes to generate autosave value triggers for a computing environment. The autosave value triggers are triggered by different conditions. For example, one autosave trigger may be triggered when an error condition is detected. Another may be triggered when a certain number of operations are performed. The machine learning model generates autosave trigger values scores for one or more autosave triggers. The system may implement the autosave triggers in the computing environment based on the autosave trigger values.

  • Patent number: 12197843
Abstract: Layouts for elements of a flowchart or flow diagram may use recursive algorithms that trace along each parent-child pathway to ensure that child elements always occur after parent elements in a horizontal spacing. Vertical spacing requirements may then be calculated for each element, along with a vertical space above a center line and a vertical space below a center line for each element. These vertical spacing requirements may then be used by a recursive algorithm to assign vertical positions to each of the elements. The vertical spacing may ensure that lanes created for each branch element are not crossed by later elements in the process flow, which ensures that connections between elements may be clearly distinguished from each other.

  • Patent number: 12183151
Abstract: A computer-based method is provided for conducting games of chance. The method includes first defining a target overall house advantage for a game of chance having multiple instances of randomized gameplay. The method then defines a first potential game results set for generating randomized results defining a house advantage greater than the target overall house advantage and a second potential game results set for generating randomized results defining a house advantage less than the target overall house advantage. The method then determines a position of a user in the context of the game of chance and defines one of the potential game results sets as active based on the position of the user. Upon receiving instructions from the user to initiate an instance of the random gameplay, the method returns a result of the instance of the randomized gameplay based on the active potential game results set.

  • Patent number: 12183064
Abstract: Deep learning inference for imaging systems includes an imaging device comprising an image capture component and a vision processing unit configured to process the image through a first trained inference network to determine a first inference result. A host system trains a neural network for image classification and produces and transmits the first trained inference network to the vision processing unit of the imaging device. The first trained inference network provides stand-alone image classification, an object detection and/or a confidence score to the imaging device. The vision processing unit may further comprise a two or more trained inference networks configured to receive an inference result as an input and output a second inference result. A stereo camera system uses features and/or results from one or more inference network to control processing of three-dimensional data for the detected object.
